I've spent many summer vacations in the Thousand Islands either camping or staying in hotels. This time we decided to rent a cottage and are so glad we did! This charming cottage is walking distance to the water and to everything you could want in TIP. The house was immaculate - there was nothing we needed that they didn't have for us. The kithen was well-stocked with utensils and cooking tools and perfect for making family meals. The bedrooms are all nice sizes. I especially loved the screened in back porch to relax in while the kids were playing in the wonderful yard. The owners were very nice to deal with. We will definitely be going back again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Rates
$1750 per week. From Late June through Labor Day (Sunday to Sunday). $1300 per week before the last weekend in June OR after Labor Day (Sunday to Sunday) $200 per night ($600 minimum) Spring and Fall if schedule allows $300 Security Deposit (Refundable) $150 TIP Corporation weekly fee
