Thanks so much for renting to us and letting us stay extra because of the snow storm. The place is beautiful. Decorated very nicely. Very spacious. Kids love the upstairs bedroom. The best part is it is in walking distance to the pool and clubhouse. It was perfect for our family of 6. Pt. Royale is a great place to stay, indoor/outdoor pool and workout facility. We stay at Pt. Royale every year we come to Branson. I definitely want to stay here again:)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

The condo was very spacious, clean,comfortable, close proximity to all attractions. We will definitely return to Pt. Royale.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Wow, this place is great. Really enjoyed staying here. We had such an awesome time here. Loved the convience of having everything here. Made hotel stays a lot less desireable! Unfortunately, we had a couple with the flu, but having all the comforts of home our trip wasn't a loss. We'll definetely be doing this again! Thanks So Much,Did you find this review helpful? We all had a great time! Loved your place-didn't want to go home. Was too short! Our friends from Colorado hadn't been to Branson for 30 years. What a treat for them-esp. your place! About the owner: My husband and I have always lived in the St. Louis area. We have vacationed in the Branson area with our children for more than 30 years, almost annually, & now these trips include our grandchildren! We are boater's & orginally were drawn to the BRANSON area to enjoy the beautiful water's of Table Rock Lake. Later we found besides our fun lake boating adventures, there is great fun for familes at the 'Strip & Landing', including the minature golf, go carts, show, shopping and more! Our family trips include wonderful, fun memories we'll always cherish! :) We still have our family vacation fun, but with getting near our retirement years, we now also look forward to our quiet trips enjoying Pt. Royales beautiful golf course, take in a show now and then and occasionally try out some of Branson's FINE dining like the Hilton's 'Level Two' restaurant, 'Table 22' on Main Street, 'Chateau On the Lake' & 'Big Cedar Lodge's' restaurants, just to mention a few. With a well stocked kitchen, we actually prefer to eat-in at the condo, but on those nights you don't feel like cooking... we also enjoy all the great casual family restaurants that Branson is know for!

How we chose Pt. Royale is...in the early 90's my in-laws purchased a condo at ''POINTE ROYALE' and this was when we were introduced to the true experience of the 'TOTAL BRANSON PACKAGE'. All the great fun spots shows/shopping/go-carts/minature golf/White Water Park/Silver Dollar City/ numerous golf courses and much more! We purchased at 'PT. ROYALE' not only for knowing that the closeness to the strip and area attractions would be a great rental aspect, but even more so, for it's quiet, scenic surroundings and all it's great amenities on site. The beautiful GOLF COURSE, the Ozarks Hills surrounding Lake Taneycomo, all nestled in this beautifully manicured '

When you drive through the gates you immediately notice that 'PT. ROYALE' is a developement that takes pride in maintaining the complex & it's natural beauty! The manicured grounds of flower beds, gazebo's, new playground that overlooks Lake Taneycomo with grills/picnic tables near this great Trout Fishing area. All of this makes for such enjoyable, peaceful walking/jogging on their sidewalks that meanders through the complex. This seems to be a favorite pastime of guests, you'll notice folks walking day and night!
The newer CLUBHOUSE/INDOOR/OUTDOOR POOL/FITNESS CENTER/GRILL/RESTAURANT is beautiful both inside and out and has something for everyone. All located in a Gated Community!

The condo itself is great, a very roomy, PENTHOUSE unit/cathedral ceilings, very tastefully decorated, recently updated with newer family room/bedroom flooring. There's plenty room for larger famlies to dine in, with the dining table that seats six and breakfast bar that seats 3-4 persons. ALL KING BEDS, 3 'FULL' BATHS, QUEEN SOFA SLEEPER/FULL LAUNDRY RM. IN UNIT,ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME! *(The plus side of the 'Penthouse' unit is that you do not have other guests above you, eliminating any floor noises etc.)
Another great advantage of this unit is it's closeness to the CLUBHOUSE/POOLS. It is just a simple 2 block walk with sidewalks and most importantly on mainly flat ground, which is important in this larger complex which does have some hilly streets!
The pictures of the condo speak for themselves that we take pride in maintaining our condos and go out of our way to make you and your family feel welcome and right at home, not that stuffy motel atmosphere! We provide those little things that mean a lot,the dixie cups/flashlight/laundry detergent/paper towels/hair dryers/magazines/movies/coat racks in bedrooms/baths and more!
