We had a great week at the lake! my kids enjoyed the big rec room while us "older folks" relaxed up stairs. My four year old enjoyed the community beach every day & there was a ramp close by for my boat. All told we had a great week & will try to come back another year. The owner was very professional & easy to work with. John K.

Vary spacious and very easy to keep clean. TV in both areas worked great. The beach area was great for both kids and adults. The boat ramps (3) are easy to access. The boat slips are not located near the ramps, but are situated very close to the main body of the lake. Would highly recommend it as a vacation home.

My family stayed at this home for a week this June for our vacation and the experience was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet, but within a convenient drive from a few local restaurants and grocery store. Chad was always very helpful, we would definately stay again.

Your home was very accomodating for our family. Everyone had enough room for sleeping and yet not too big where we lost everyone. Access to the boat launched was convenient for our boat. We enjoyed our night at the fire pit sharing time together. With teenagers, that is precious times to remember. Your rates are very resonable. Thank you for opening your home to us. We will definitely stay here again.

The home was very clean, and quite. The price was also great in comparison to other homes. The lake as close by, and Lake Anna state park was only a few miles down the road. The home owner is very responsive and friendly. I will definitely rent from him again. Thanks, Pete
