Talk about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION This beautiful newly remodeled Craftsman Style house is second to none. The 50+ hand crafted Mahogany windows provide the most spectacular views from just about every room. There is nothing we love more than listening to the waves crashing on Seabright beach, the background sounds of the sea lions barking at the wharf and in the summer season the gentle sounds of the roller coaster zipping by with screams soft enough to be enjoyable and yet not intrusive.

With 4+ bedrooms and 2 ½ baths this house has it all. The location is perfect for families who want to do it all. The house is only steps to “Seabright Beach” (Dogs are allowed on the beach with a leash). The close access (10-15 min walking distance) to the boardwalk, boardwalk beach, volley ball courts on the beach, the wharf, restaurants, harbor and light house. The house has close access (bike/drive) to down town with several restaurants, shops, theatres and grocery stores. All this means you never have to get in your car if you don’t want to. The bike path is minutes away and takes you down town quicker than driving. Park your car in the carport unload your gear and never have to worry about driving until it’s time to leave. That’s one of our favorite things about the house’s location it’s within walking distance to just about anything.

Day to Day Life can be pretty stressful and that is why this house with its spectacular views and fabulous location and cozy charm is the prefect get away.

  • This was the perfect house for our group. We had 9 people, (a combination of families), and we never felt like we were on top of one another. The kitchen was fantastic with everything we needed and the master bathroom was luxurious. The location was the best -- close to everything yet very quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

  • Can't say enough about this beautiful home and location. Close enough to the beach to hear the waves & even smell the bonfires! We could walk everywhere ~ the beach, the boardwalk and great restaurants. The house is immaculate and completely stocked with everything ~ it is first rate. My whole family loved it. Can't wait to go back!
