We had a wonderful stay returning to this beautiful beach house which is our family's favorite in Santa Cruz. It's great having all the rooms and the character of the woodwork craftsmanship inside the house. My son had some nice surfing and my daughter had this beautiful house to share with some of her waterpolo friends who were playing in league finals on the weekend and loved the house. We love the views, the comfort of the middle level with the views and the amazing views from the deck on the top level! We definitely hope to be back! Thanks .........The Tolin family

Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us! We came in celebration of Callan's 16th birthday party with 9 of her friends. It was far more then sweet! You house has a lot of love in it, and is well cared for, and we appreciate it. I had no idea it was in such a great location. We were here for Thanksgiving and could have prepared a meal fit for a King/Queen because the house is so well stocked. Happy Holidays!

I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Everything far exceeded our expectations. We wanted to stay longer and our friends want us to do this every year! It was a weekend that we'll never forget and it'll be hard to top this 40th birthday present to my husband. The attention to detail you've taken in decorating and anticipating the needs of your guests was noticed and appreciated. The house is very beautiful and unique - the pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need for our big birthday surf n turf dinner at the big dining room table. We were so lucky with the warm & sunny weather and spent a lot of time on the top deck enjoying the views of the beach. What a treat it was to walk a short distance to the beach and we had no problem securing a fire ring for our bonfire. Thanks again for making everything so easy for us, our friends and our doggies. Dear Carol, WOW! We loved your home and are hoping that you will be renting it out again next year. I am working with my sisters regarding dates. I completely loved being there and it was so unique in the décor and layout. Katy was amazing, super helpful and very warm. You are right about LOCATION. We hardly drove and it was very welcome as the past 3 years that is all we did was drive. I will send you the dates as soon as they agree on timing. Our pup, was so comfortable and such a good girl. It was wonderful to have her with us as I am sure you know most rental homes do not allow pets…. Thank you so much for that!!! By your pictures we can see you are an animal lover too. This was the perfect house for our group. We had 9 people, (a combination of families), and we never felt like we were on top of one another. The kitchen was fantastic with everything we needed and the master bathroom was luxurious. The location was the best -- close to everything yet very quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Can't say enough about this beautiful home and location. Close enough to the beach to hear the waves & even smell the bonfires! We could walk everywhere ~ the beach, the boardwalk and great restaurants. The house is immaculate and completely stocked with everything ~ it is first rate. My whole family loved it. Can't wait to go back!

Awesome seems a fair word to describe this terrific home - Spectacular helps define the view - Thank you seems so inadequate but we just don't know how to say it any more meaningful. We rented the big house and cottage for 24 years across the street and just a ways up. The last three years of our stay at that address we rented for a month at at time - One week here just wasn't enough but will have to do for this year - Maybe longer next year? Dear Carol & Bill Thank you for opening your home to us. It's really beautiful & spacious. We also really appreciated being able to bring our dog. Not too many people understand that dogs are part of the family. He really likes to go for rides in the car and walks on the beach. We enjoyed being close to so many of our favorite places. We enjoyed walking to Aldo's for breakfast, Seabright Brewery for lunch and dinner & the Boardwalk. It was nice having that leisurely time that we just don't have in our daily hectic lives. We saw dolphins from the balcony. It's beautiful up there. Our kids enjoyed having their own space to call their own. Thanks again, Pam D
