Heavenly! Lovely South Lake Tahoe cabin. Built and furnished in 2006 with high-end construction and designer finishes. Perfect year-round getaway.
Two floors, 2 bedrooms plus loft, 2 baths. Tile floors on 1st floor and hardwood floors on 2nd floor. Radiant heat throughout.
Lower level great room has fully equipped kitchen, dining table and gas fireplace in lounge area. Complete with cable TV and wireless internet. Lower level bathroom has shower. Access to fenced and landscaped yard.
Upstairs, one bedroom has queen bed, second bedroom has twin beds, loft area can be used as third sleeping area with full-size futon. Upstairs bathroom has shower over tub.
Garage parking with storage space for gear, outside table and room for summer barbecues.
Five minute walk to Ski Run Blvd and Hwy 50, coffee shops, restaurants and lake. One minute drive to Heavenly Village, gondola, shopping and casinos. Heavenly Ski Resort only 1/4 mile.

We stayed 4 nights here and were very satisfied with our stay. The place seemed to be remodeled recently and we loved every single arrangement - very clean with high end appliances. Radiant heating is something we are not used to and it took few days to get the hang of it. Just don't keep the thermometer too high as it can be really dry inside. It has a separate furnace in the family room which we loved. We will definitely plan to stay here again. Only thing that I'd mention is the number of people it can accommodate. It has two single beds, one queen bed and one convertible futon, but the futon didn't have any pillow or blankets. As a family of 5, we had one extra person who could make good use of an extra blankets and pillows, as well as bed sheets. Something you may want to consider if your company has 5 or more people.

We stayed here for the first time in the late summer. We were pleased when we walked in and saw the inside. It is newly remodeled with all new modern appliances. Very tastefully done and comfortably. It had a front and back yard completely private and a landscaped area that was well maintained. There was a one car separate garage that was usable. We would definitely go back and recommend it to others. It was also close to the Casinos and a large grocery store. The house was clean and the owners always were qiuck to answer our questions.

We have rented this home for skiing in January for the last two years. It is a very comfortable home with top end appliances. The floor heat makes walking toasty and the fireplace take the edge off during those extra cold nights. The garage is especially attractive because we do not have to shovel snow off the vehicle. We hope to return next year!

We stayed here in the summer and loved every minute of it! The house is so tastefully decorated and well designed. The owners have built a very comfortable home-away-from-home including a beautiful kitchen with high-end appliances. We took our bikes and enjoyed the easy access to all the popular sights in South Lake Tahoe. We walked to the lake and enjoyed the beaches. The front and back yard is landscaped, providing privacy and an outdoor eating area. Winter or summer, this is a wonderful vacation rental.
