Do you remember the "Old" Lighthouse? You won't believe what has replaced it. We invite you to spend some time in our magnificent condo with unobstructed gulf and beach front views. This condo is only 4 years old. (July 2006).
This 2 bedroom 2 bath plus bunk room condo has everything you desire for a luxurious and relaxing vacation. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, DVD and floor to ceiling glass doors for magnificent views of the Gulf.
The Master bath has a full size jetted Jacuzzi tub and separate shower as well as 2 sinks and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with adjoining bath. Right across the hall is a reading/computer room which has been converted as a bunk room. The den is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and has a TV, DVD, and stereo system.
Imagine yourself relaxing on the balcony, enjoying the sights of the many beach activities, or lying in bed in the morning watching the beauty of a new day rising.
The amenities at this condo are tremendous with two large pools - one zero entry and one lap pool. There is a fitness center and indoor heated pool. The only thing you'll regret about your vacation is having to go home!

This condo was one of the nicest we've stayed in, very clean and comfortable. There is plenty of storage: a pantry in the kitchen,walk-in closet in the master, and room in the laundry to stash beach gear. Our two-year-old loved the bunk room, and the indoor pool was great since we didn't have the best of weather. We still had a great time though and would recommend this condo to anyone.

1st time staying at the Lighthouse! Looks huge, but there is plenty of room and pools for everyone. Condo itself was very roomy (even had a pantry for all the food!) and nicely decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable, we even checked to see what brand they were! Balcony extremely large and had nice patio furniture. Condo was a short walk to the beach and the pools were great for the kids! Will definitely try to stay here again!

We stayed at this condo for 6 nights and had a BLAST! The weather was perfect for us. My kids (2 & 4) loved the pool! We stay here at The Lighthouse everytime we come to Gulf Shores (every year atleast twice) and this condo was hands down the nicest and cleanest we have ever stayed in. That is a MAJOR plus with small kids. Its very obvious that the condo is cared for and kept up. It really had the home away from home feel. Also there were no problems with transactions, information, or with the room. They were great to work with and fast on responding! I will be coming back to stay here. :)

We spent January and February 2009 & 2010 in this condo. It was great getting away from Wisconsin winters. 2009 weather was wonderful; 2010 not quite so nice, but the condo was very nice both years. It is very well maintained and furnished. The owners are wonderful to work with. Linda responds very quickly to any and all questions or concerns. . . we never had any serious concerns. The Lighthouse is quite conveniently located . . . not far from many nice golf courses. We would strongly recommend this unit to just about anyone who needs a nice two-bedroom condo.

We were a little disappointed that the weather was as cool as it was, but that made us appreciate how nice the condo was. We spent more time inside and on the balcony than on previous Gulf Shore trips. While the temperatures were chilly, the balcony is protected on three sides and we were able to sit outside in shorts most days.The location is also quite good and handy to some of my favorite local hangouts. The M-F happy hour at the Pink Pony came in handy. Linda was very helpful and accommodating when I had to change dates. Thank you for letting us use your great condo. The only thing I want to do different next time is stay longer.I had not used VRBO before, but I will definitely use it again.
