WE HAVE TWO UNITS SIDE -- So if you have family or friends traveling with you, you are near each other -- side by side, but not too close. What makes our units at Treasure Island so special? 1st: they are owned by families that know what families desire in a Gulf Front Beach Condo! 2nd: With two units immediately beside each other larger families or families traveling together can be close, but still have room for everyone. 3rd: Our designated parking spaces are immediately adjacent to the elevator so you can come and go with ease. 4th: Our units are near the elevators, so you do not have to walk to the end of the building when you are returning from a fun day in the sun. 5th: We are offering a $50.00 gas credit for all weekly reservations made before May 1. Treasure Island Resort Condominium is on the quiet east end of Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach near St. Andrews State Park. The 120 foot long heated pool is open with deck chairs and gazebos, the fitness room with Gulf view is ready, and the sugar white beaches await. Each floor at Treasure Island has only 12 condos, and the building is served by four high speed elevators. Each unit has nine (9) foot ceilings, and is decorated in either a Key West or Oriential style with high quality furnishings and appointments. Rent directly from us and save! Our Treasure Island condo accommodates up to eight (8) guests in each unit. It has two bedrooms and a built in bunk bed area, together with a sleeper sofa. There are two full bathrooms, a fully equipped upscale kitchen, a dining area adjacent to the kitchen, a great room, full sized washer and dryer in a separate utility room, and a thirty (30) foot long by nine (9) foot wide Gulf front balcony. The master bedroom has a brand new king sized bed and directly faces the Gulf of Mexico with sliding glass doors to the balcony. The great room also has sliding glass doors to the Gulf front balcony. Treasure Island is a family friendly resort located in the exclusive Thomas Drive section of Panama City Beach. It has covered parking in a structure with covered walkovers to the condo building at the third, fourth, fifth and sixth floors. Neither smoking nor pets are permitted anytime either inside or on the balcony of our condo.
