Beach Colony East Resort Condominiums, one of the newest complexes on the beach, is the home of this spectacular Penthouse Unit with the finest accommodations available. It is located on the 18th floor with sweeping easterly views of Navarre Beach on the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound. You will feel as if you're on top of the world.
From the moment you walk in the door of the Penthouse, you will know this will be the best vacation yet! The unit is fully tiled. The decor has been carefully coordinated to produce a relaxing and fun environment. Yellow, white and blue...all fresh colors with attention to detail. As you roam through this spacious floor plan you will marvel at the expansive views. If you look closely, you will see dolphins at play during your stay.
The Penthouse boasts two Master Suites, each with King Beds, Gulf Views and private baths. One Suite has a marble,jetted Jacuzzi tub with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. The other Suite has an over sized walk-in shower with views of the Sound as well as the Gulf. The third bedroom has two Queen beds, Sound Views and private bath. Each bedroom has flat screen LCD TV's with built-in DVD players.
The living area has been remodeled with ample seating for 8 arranged so you can enjoy the large flat screen LCD TV and DVD player. Not in the mood for a movie? Then turn on the sterio and relax to your favorite artist. You'll love the comfort of 2 brand new over-stuffed couches with recliners in each end or a new pair of cozy swivel rockers.
The fully equipped Kitchen, with a breakfast nook that seats four, has another amazing view. There is also a table with seating for six in the dining room. Cook as much as you'd like using all brand new stainless steel appliances or enjoy the vast array of local eateries, the choice is up to you. We also have a brand new 32-bottle wine chiller for those who appreciate a glass of wine at just the right temperature.
A brand new Washer/Dryer and all linens are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Enjoy your meals on the large wrap-around balcony or simply enjoy a cool beverage in one of the lounge chairs while sunbathing. The balcony affords you privacy with an unobstructed view you will never forget. On a clear day you can almost see Destin.
And when you're ready to relax in the sun you can watch the waves roll in while you swim in the over sized beach-side pool. We also provide 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas set up each morning by the beach service for your use. Or you can walk for miles on the white sand beach looking for shells. And if you want to get the blood flowing, consider a game of tennis at our private tennis court or a run in our fully equipped workout facility. BEACH CHAIRS: We offer 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas with the rental of this condo. The chairs are set up and ready to go each morning by the local beach service for your personal use from 3/1 - 10/31.
Payment: We accept payment by cashiers check, certified check or through PayPal payment service, who accept Visa, Master Card and Discovery Card. When using PayPal there will be an additional 2.5% added to cover processing fees. A deposit of $750.00 is due when booking, with the balance due 60 days before your arrival.

Navarre Beach is called "Florida's Best Kept Secret" for a reason. This quiet barrier island located between Destin, FL and Pensacola, FL has everything we were looking for in a vacation destination. It has miles of white sand beaches to walk, a limited number of properties and is close to anything you want to do. We found the perfect combination of quiet relaxation and energetic life style. Navarre Beach was the right place for us to vacation with our family to be able to fulfill everyone's expectations, so it was no surprise that we choose to buy a condo here.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
One of the best things about staying in our penthouse are the stunning water views from every room - it was the very thing that sold us the minute we walked through the door. Enjoying a cup of coffee as we watch the sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico has to be our favorite activity each morning. Sitting under an umbrella on a beach chair listening to the waves hit the sand is another great way to spend the day. But when we're ready to go out to eat or want to do some shopping we're only minutes away from dozens of shops and resturants. The boys love all the activites they can go do; parasailing, fishing, jet skiing, golfing are just a few of the things they look forward to when they come for a visit. I guess what we love most is that this condo and the surrounding area appeal to everyone, no matter what their tastes are.

Hi, we're Greg and Donna Thorpe and we live in northern Illinois, 80 miles northwest of Chicago. Coming from the land of ice and snow has given us a deep appreciation for the warm climate and beautiful white sand beaches of northern Florida. Though our three sons are grown, they all love coming to Navarre Beach to spend vacation with family and friends.

My family and I rented this condo in June 2009 from Greg and Donna. We make annual vacation trips to Navarre from our home in Tennessee. This was the BEST vacation we have ever taken! The condo is spacious and beautifally decorated. It was fully equiped with everything we needed. Most important, the beds were SUPER comfortable, which is very important to me due to back problems and surgeries. There were plenty of linens and extra blankets and pillows. All of the appliances were in working order and the condo was immaculately clean. The beach was BEAUTIFUL and the water was so clear you could see the bottom! How I would have loved to stay there longer. I invite everyone to just come to Navarre. Once you've been there, you will keep coming back! PEACE & BLESSINGS Pam Seamonds Winchester, Tennessee
