Although it is a skiers paradise as it is located between Vail and Beaver Creek (less than 10 and 5 minutes respectively to each) and only 30 minutes to Copper Mountain, this property is an ideal vacation location any time of year. Situated along the Eagle River, it is the perfect location for gold-medal private-land fly fishing, kayaking, tubing and is within walking distance of fantastic biking and hiking trails. It is also great for golfers with the Eagle-Vail Golf Course a short two minute drive away. This fully furnished one bedroom (plus a loft) condo has two full bathrooms, and can sleep 6 comfortably – large bedroom upstairs with a queen-sized bed, a loft with a full-sized futon, and a sleeper sofa downstairs. Updated with a hardwood floor downstairs, a flat screen TV (with DirectTV), two decks (one equipped with a BBQ), two wood-burning fireplaces (one on each floor), and a dry sauna which is perfect after a long cold day of skiing. There is a full-sized washer and dryer, mud room with ski storage and covered parking. This unit is located one mile from the base of Beaver Creek in the Avon area. Grocery shopping and wonderful restaurants and bars are only one-half mile away. The property boasts a newly remodeled pool and hot tub (open year round) overlooking the Eagle River.
