The number one-requested 2 Bedroom villa on the Kingston Plantation property, 1-B Windermere by the Sea, is now available directly to you. This Villa has long been favored by returning guests for its location and amenities. Yes, we have decided to keep 1-B and add the 2-B Windermere units open for this year's rental season.
They truely are one's home away from home. Located across the street from the Embassy Suites Hotel/Convention Center, Splash Pools, Kid's Activity Center and the Beach, you will find this and the 2-B villas ideal. Exceptionally appointed, the B unit will accommodate 6 people quite comfortably. Both units have their unique style but offer exceptional extras.
No check in lines upon arrival. Easy access to your key, open the door and your vacation begins.
You are greeted by a clean, fun home that is yours to use for your holiday. If you are in need of additional services, linens or housekeeping... you only need to phone my representative and she will be happy to assist.
Our goal is for you to have a fabulous time! We start by trying to reduce your pre-trip stress by supplying you with beach chairs, umbrella, toys...even a rolling cooler and boogie boards. Owner supplies Wonderful Beach Towels. So, leave those bulky beach supplies at home… but remember your sunscreen!

Hi Deb, hard to believe that we are at 1B Windermere one week already. We are really enjoying your villa, it is everything you said it was! Loved the condo, beautifully decorated. We felt right at home when we walked in the door. The kids loved all the toys. It was very close to the beach and you thought of everything for our trip down to the beach. Would recommend this to everyone. Hope to come back again. Cheryl

How fun to see the beautiful villa on VRBO WEBsite....we stayed here a few times and loved it!
