This place is a great location. It's centrally located, just two short blocks from beach and from exciting Garnet Ave.

This condo was completely remodeled with custom cabinetry, new tile throughout, granite countertops, crown-molding, double-pained windows, surround-sound speakers throughout unit (including bathrooms), 47" flat screen and 2 large bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms. Towels and linens included.

This unit is perfect for couples, families and friends to entertain, cook, relax and explore San Diego.

Sleeps up to 7 people. Cable, DVD and wireless internet service included. BIKES AND SURFBOARDS and beach toys INCLUDED!!!

Our biggest competitor is Capri by the Sea, a Condo tower on the beach. Although we are not located directly on the beach, our rental offers a quiet retreat (2blocks from beach) away from the boardwalk/beach crowd. Our unit is larger, sleeps more than the Capri rentals and is much more reasonable as far as price goes. Our rental is also easy to get in and out of!

Also, if you are not interested in staying during the summer, as it gets pretty crowded with other vacation renters, check out our great rates: Oct.-Feb. $160/nt, $850-$950/wk, $3,000 mo. plus a cleaning fee of $100. This is my husband’s and my favorite time of the year to come down to San Diego so we can avoid the crowds and enjoy Southern California's sunny and warm winter.

My family and I are going to be on the beach every day and it's just steps away!!! Plus, we don't charge the extra fee that properties with the view have! So it's not so bad not having a view afterall :)

  • RENTER BEWARE. Lindsey quoted me $900 for a four night stay. But when it came time to book, i was told that "there are two other contracts out for $1150 for the same period and that's how much you'll have to pay". Then her husband/partner called and said that i would have to pay the $1150, although Lindsey had quoted us $900. He then expressed concerns of renters saying that "the check is in the mail" and that people always say they're ready to book and change their mind. To alleviate his concern, I told him I was ready to pay right that second via a credit card but he still didn't want to honor that $900 quote. So he was was BS'ing to get rid of me and didn't want to rent to me anyway. Basically, if the owners get a better deal after giving you a quote, you'll be HUNG OUT TO DRY.

    I am glad Jay entered this comment. We honor our reservations on a fist come first served basis. Please be aware that you are confirmed only after we receive payment. Especially in Jay's case when it was memorial day weekend, you need to send the contract back ASAP, otherwise we assume you are still shopping.

  • We stayed here in early October, 2008. The condo has been beautifully remodeled and updated. The location is great, an easy walk to the beach and everything the Boardwalk has to offer. While there isn't an ocean view, it's close enough to the beach that you can hear the waves from the balcony every morning. Use of the garage was a nice bonus. If we stay in San Diego again, this will certainly be the place.

  • We rented this lovely condo for the month of July in 2008 and had probably the best family vacation we have ever had. The place was perfect for our family of 4 plus a friend. Very casual atmosphere and perfect distance from the action in Pacific Beach and Mission Beach. Our mornings started with waking our dog down to the beach and eating breakfast in many of the cute little places with outside seating. We had a blast boogie boarding, surfing and riding bikes every day. With the full kitchen at the condo it was great for making our own lunch to take with us. Sea World is a 10 minute drive, but you can catch the bus too. 4 blocks up Cass Street there is a great place to rent Kayaks, sailboats and other water toys to play with on the bay. I felt perfectly safe letting our teenagers walk around by themselves, even at night. A very casual beach community with everything you need within walking distance! The place is really nice and comfortable to just "hang out in". We enjoyed the great sound system throughout the place too! Thank you John and Lindsey, we will definately be back!

  • From the minute I entered the condo, I knew it was going to be perfect for our stay. I was amazed by the quality and newness of the unit. The living room and kitchen area are very spacious, and the island is an ideal gathering place for casual conversation and dinning. The entertainment and sound system are state of the art with surround sound and speakers built into the walls throughout the condo. The location is ideal -- it is just minutes to the beach and restaurants! I was very pleased with the accommodations and I definitely plan on returning! Furthermore, the property is quiet and the neighbors are friendly!

  • This condo is amazing! The location is within walking distance of everything -great bars/restaurants, shopping and of course, the beach! It was clean, perfectly sized, quiet and exactly as the owners stated - perfect. The kitchen is HUGE and professional. Great for anyone who wants to make a great dinner while taking in the sunset. There is a fantastic stereo & flat screen setup too! This place is a true gem and not one to pass up. We will back to stay again. I highly recommend this property to anyone considering staying in San Diego - its perfect. Thank you for such wonderful accommodations!

  • This condo is so gorgeous. It's very cozy and well designed. My husband and I loved to get up every morning really early and walk to the beach. It's so close just a 2 min walk. We cooked so much in their awesome kitchen. It's like a professional chefs kitchen. The place was quiet and the location was so perfect. We went sailing in the bay and rode bikes that the condo owners had to Mission Bay. I would definately recommend this place to anyone interested in a well designed and built place by the beach. Have fun! :)
