Centrally located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. A three minute walk to the beautiful white sand beach, bumper boats, mini golf, arcade, ice cream cafe, fine or family dining, sports pub, corner store and shopping.
All you need to bring is your suitcase. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. There are three bedrooms: The master bedroom has a queen, the second bedroom contains two twin beds and the third bedroom has a single. We can comfortably accommodate 5 guests. All the bedrooms feature pine sleigh beds. With your comfort in mind, we provide all the linen, duck down duvets or poly fill comforters, clock radios, and reading lamps.
The bright sunny living area features leather furniture, WOOD BURNING FIREPLACE INSERT, we provide the wood, Full cable TV, DVD and Stereo and a library of books and DVDs. We also provide toys, books and games for those travelling with children. The living room leads to a very private covered patio, with BBQ. The no-thru street provided a safe and fun area and the beach can be seen from the yard. At low tide you can walk along the beach to the children's water park. This central beach park has over 150 different events during the year including the world famous sandcastle competition.

Cleaning fee is $125.00. For guests staying longer then 7 nights
Pet Policy .. cleaning surcharge applies
Rates are based on dble occupancy $10.00 extra per extra adult

Oh my, what a lovely stay we had! The house was set up perfectly for our whole crew. The toys and games were a big hit with the littles!! Hopefully we'll be back

We have stayed here for five weeks, we like the house very much it is well equipped for long stays and we found it very comfortable. Being seniors, we like to walk for exercise and because it is close to downtown and MacDonald's it is very handy. We have been spending part of our winters in Parksville for the past ten years and in all the properties we have stayed this has been on of the nicest. The owners are very friendly and most accommodating. We hope to come back again.
