Driving to Parkview Bay condominiums in Osage Beach is the easiest condo complex to get to since the new Hwy 54 Expressway is completed !! Not only is it easy to get to, but it is centrally located to everything ! Come and enjoy some shopping since the outlet mall is just minutes away. Don't waste your precious time driving to the mall when you can be there in minutes !!
If you enjoy looking at the scenery, Parkview Bay is across from the State Park .... you can sit and watch the moon set or take a nice walk around the lakefront.
Beautifully decorated and fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath Condo with fireplace. Living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa. All amenities including; washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, dinnerware, pots/pans, sheets, towels, hairdryers, shampoo, soap etc.
Living room sliding glass doors open onto the deck overlooking lake, pools, and full view of Lake of the Ozarks State Park on opposite side of the lake. The deck has a gas grill and patio set so you can enjoy your meals looking at the lake. Parkview Bay has three beautiful swimming pools alongside the lake and beautiful park-like features on the grounds.
There is a T.V. in every bedroom and the living room has a T.V. with a VCR and DVD. We also have some games for the kids and a stereo with speakers on the deck.
Centrally located on the Lake and just minutes from fine dining (lakeside or otherwise), Outlet Mall with over 110 stores, many antique stores and other shopping opportunities, children's attractions like Miner Mike's and water park and vast opportunities for fishing and water sports of all kinds.
