Ideal for summer fun, Cocolalla Lake is an 800 acre lake perfect for family pursuits: boating, water skiing, wind surfing, or peaceful canoe paddles. Excellent fishing from the dock or your boat: catch rainbow trout, large mouth bass, and perch. Boat, launch is 5 minutes away at a public sportsman's access. Great bird watching from your private patio, eagles and osprey fish the point all summer. This home is newly furnished, with a well appointed kitchen.
Winter time activities includes skiing and boarding at Schweitzer Mountain Resort, which also has 40 kilometers of groomed cross-country trails. Snowshoeing at nearby Roundlake State Park and ice fishing on frozen Cocolalla Lake. Some winters the ice is ideal for skating. Gas fireplace provides cozy comfort for those wishing to curl up with a good book or play some chess in this quite lakeside getaway!

My family of six stayed here for a week this summer and I will tell you we had a Fabulous time!!! There was so much room for all of us. Having three bathrooms was a bonus as we have three teenage girls! The house was well-equipped with everything we needed. Loved having laundry facilities...The owners were so amazing. We are a very kept to ourselves family and they respected that totally. I would definetly recommend this place to stay....Thank you again for having us!!!

We recently stayed in this beautiful home. It was lovely. We especially loved how safe we felt with our small children since there is a beautiful sandy beach and the water is shallow just perfect for the 3 year olds and deep off the dock for the older children. Everything is first class -The owners could not have been nicer. We will definetly be back!!!

My family has stayed here and had a wonderful vacation. We saw lots of wildlife, eagles, deer, fox and even a moose on one of our hikes. Lots to do hiking, canoeing, bird watching. The house is secluded, quiet, comfortable and brand new. Being right on the lake is a bonus.

My husband and I enjoyed this Eagle Point house immensely! The property owners are a true delight and thought of every detail to make one completely at home and comfortable. The decor is especially tasteful. We plan to repeat our visit, but each time try to go a different time of year to experience all the seasons.
