Why the Owner Chose Village Walk
We love Port Aransas. We were looking for a place not too far away that we could enjoy with the kids. Port Aransas is the perfect vacation get away with the beach, shopping, tennis, fishing, and golf.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our house in new and has all the amenities you will need to have a wonderful vacation. The house is beach friendly with stained concrete flooring downstairs and hard wood flooring upstairs. It is close to both the beach and the pool. All new appliances & kitchenware. Lastly, the house is a TECHNOLOGY HAVEN with 3 flat screen HD-TVs, BluRay DVD Player, and Apple TV loaded with about 100 movies.

The PERFECT beach house. The house is beautiful and located near the beach. We had a wonderful time there. Very clean & nice!! The house had every amenity you could hope for: HD TVs, stereo, movies, wireless, computer, and near the pool. Village Walk is one of the nicest communities (if not the nicest) on the island. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed our long weekend!! Also very happy the pool was close by. The kitchen was large and had plenty of pots and pans, plus a large skillet.
