• Relaxing condo

  We stayed at this condo October, 2011 and found it met our needs. The listing and photos were exactly as described, with new tile flooring and upscale furniture. It was clean throughout, and the owner was prompt in answering our concerns and refunding our deposit. It is close to grocery stores, shopping, lots of restaurants (we ate at Paradise Baker many times, enjoying the casual atmosphere and fresh food), and our family. We also visited the pool and exercise room several times. This is a place we definitely would stay at again, and we'd recommend it to friends and family if they are planning to visit the Chandler area.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

  Had a great time---you were located perfect for our purposes; close to Ocotillo golf club where we know one of the assistant pro’s who arranged our golf there, Whirlwind, and Southern Dunes. Thanks for the very prompt refund of the deposit.

  I rented this unit for approximately 3 weeks. The location is great and the common areas were nice. Unfortunately, the unit did not meet my expectations and the posted photos were not an accurate depiction of the current condition of the unit. The carpets were quite dirty; the walls were banged up and needed paining, there was a problem with insects and I moved into the smaller bedroom because the master's bed was uncomfortable (same mattress but less wear). In fairness to the landlord; she was willing to work with me and she was very responsive to my emails. She offered to have a crew come in to clean the carpets and paint. I declined, not wanting to deal with with the hassle, and moved out three weeks later. I would not recommend this unit to a friend.

  Owner response: We have just (June 2011) installed new tile throughout the living areas in this condo. We did some freshening up and everything looks great! There are new photos posted. We always try to listen to our tenants and remedy the situation.

  Good accomodations and very good for access to freeways (202 & I-10, other) to easily get around. A very good location for southern Phoenix and East Valley golf (Ocotillo, Whirlwind, Southern Dunes, others). Clean & well kept although carpet could use cleaning. Everything worked. Owner communication was excellent and very prompt for deposit return. We would rent again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.
