A nice boat launch is present in the subdivision for your use. Satellite TV in 3 of 4 beds as well as family room. Smith lake is the 3rd cleanest in the United states and offers excellent Fishing and watersports.
There are several locations on the lake to purchase fuel; however, be aware the prices are considerably higher on the water. Bait and other boating needs are also available at several locations in the area.
Smith lake is the third cleanest lake in the United States and offers a tremendous opportunity for fishing. (Bass, Striper, Crappie, Bream, or even Rainbow Trout). There are three restaurants, two grocery stores, and a coffee shop within eight to ten minutes.
