Beautiful Home in Tavernier - Completely remodeled, single story, home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The Living area has a sleeper sofa bed with a 24" tv with DVD player. Huge Galley style kitchen with Stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and fully equipped. Dinning Area is right off the kitchen area. There is also a small office area next to the kitchen. Master Bedroom has a queen size bed with a walk-in-closet, 19" TV with private Bath and Jacuzzi tub. Second bedroom has bunk beds bottom bunk is a full size bed and the top bunk is a single size bed, with TV/VCR. Third bedroom has a full size bed and is very quiet for relaxing. Also there are tons of board games for family fun.
Downstairs area has a laundry room/storage room with a work bench. The waterfront back area has a 40' dock with davits to hold a boat and there is great fishing right from the dock. Directly 1.5 block access to to the Atlantic ocean, on deepest canal of the upper keys where you can swim year round, also the only canal with lighted marker out in the ocean. There is a dockside bar with a seating area. The space is ideal for entertaining or just relaxing.
Incredible view it's honestly BREATH TAKING. Located on mile marker 92.5. That means your about 90 miles from the entrance to Key West. A great day trip. Just 5 minutes away is John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. All around you are restaurants, movie theater, places you can ride Dolphins (Theater of the Sea), a great Gym (Froggies), and places to rent wave Runners, boats, dive/snorkel trips, etc. The coral reefs are 5 minutes by boat. Holiday Isle is about 20 minutes away. This home is Located less than 1/2 mile to Harry Harris Beach/Park.
