The main level living room contains a 46-inch flat screen HDTV, Expanded HD digital cable, DVD, VCR and gas logs. Wireless internet is also available. A fully equipped kitchen, ½ bath, master bedroom with queen size bed and flat screen TV and DVD, master bath and laundry are also on the main level.
Upstairs you will find the loft with queen size futon, second bedroom with queen size bed and flat screen TV and DVD, full bath plus an extra room with a single bed perfect for reading or sleeping. Enjoy use of the private clubhouse, indoor pool, fitness center and whirlpool.
No Smoking and No pets allowed. In winter months 4 wheel drives needed.

Why the Owner Chose Boone
As our children grew, married and moved away the empty nesters needed a new project and place to visit when time permits.The project was decorating and we decorated the condo the way we would want it if we were going to live in it fulltime. We really don't have a lot of time yet to visit the mountains so thought we woudl share it with others and rent our place. When looking for a place in the NC mountains we decided on Echota because of the uniqueness of the development. The style of the condos fits a mountain setting to a T! We basically bought the "view" of Grandfather mountain but received so much more. Our condo is in what is called a 4 Plex meaning there are a total of 4 condos in the building. Two upper and two lower units. We bought an upper level one again, for the view. We have 2 daughters and a son-in-law who graduated from Appalachian State University so the mountains of NC are very near and dear to many hearts in our family. This community is very well taken care of and well run so we feel very fortunate to be home owners at Echota.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
While staying at our condo you can watch the birds, deer and other wildlife from the deck off the den and master bedroom. Parking is down a short flight of steps directly outside the door. The spacious den, dining area and eat in kitchen all have hardwood floors as well as the master bath. The upper level is carpeted except for the bath. The large flat screen TV mounted above the gas log fireplace makes for great movie watching. There are also flat screen TVs in both bedrooms. There are games, puzzles, books, videos and DVDs available for use during your stay.

Had a wonderful Fall visit to Boone to visit our daughter at ASU. The home is beautiful inside and out and the view of Grandfather Mountain is amazing. It’s very clear from the moment you walk in that the owners take very good care of their place by the way they decorate and keep it immaculately clean—open and airy floor plan you instantly comfortable, relaxed, and at home. I travel a lot and stay in many nice places and this is one of the best!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We loved this cabin! We had 3 kids, ages 7 and 8, who really enjoyed the downstairs bedroom. The views were lovely and the hot tub was a nice extra. This is a great area for getting outdoors and spending time with family.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.
