Our Amelia Landings Beach and Racquet Resort villa is beautifully decorated and located in a private setting, on the first floor. It features a master bedroom with high-definition cable tv, and a second bedroom with twin beds (each has their own full bath), a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, a washer and dryer in the unit, a family dining area, and a comfortably furnished living room complete with a wet-bar, wireless internet, DVD player, and on-demand movies. Our villa offers free local and unlimited free nation-wide long distance. Perfect for couples or family.
A large lanai overlooks lush tropical magnolia trees and the full-sized pool, and is accessible from the master bedroom as well as the living room. Our first floor villa is closest to the recently redone and daily maintained pool area, which features new pavers as well as a newly remodeled poolside bathroom for your convenience. We are within walking distance to restaurants, surf shops and rentals, and a favorite ice cream parlor. Enjoy the tranquility of the ocean, located less than two blocks away on your own private secluded boardwalk. The property has its own tennis court as well as a lake for fishing,turtle feeding, and bird watching (herons, egrets, and an owl). The property also offers BBQ grills and picnic tables. The resort has ample parking as well.
Our family fell in love with the island and has been coming to Amelia for 28 years. My husband and I recently purchased this beautiful condo so we could share the beauty with our children for years to come. We hope to offer a wonderful, reasonably priced experience to your family as well.

- We are in the middle of it all. Surf shops, restaurants, beach rentals (bikes too) are right at your fingertips! St. Augustine makes a perfect day trip filled with history, diverse cuisine,and plenty of shopping!The Jacsonville Zoo is nearby as well. Disney and Sea World are just over a 2 hour car ride.

Why the Owner Chose Fernandina Beach
I have been coming to Amelia for 28 years with my parents and brother. It has always been a dream of mine to share Amelia with my own children. When we found this beautiful condo, professionally decorated and ready to sell we jumped at the chance.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The pool is right next door to our first floor unit. There is tennis, a pond for turtle feeding, and a beach path. Our units have begun to recycle as well. Inside we have a well stocked owner's closet with boogie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs, toys, a beach cart, cooler, towels, etc.
For youngsters we have a bed rail you can add for saftey, a One Step Ahead beach tent for naps, and a blow-up toddler boat.
This beach allows you to park either in the paved lot or right on the beach in a designated area.
This caribbean-themed restaurant is right on the beach. Enjoy great seafood, burgers, and pasta, while the kids play on the swingset. Sit out back and enjoy a bucket of beer.
This shop has all the things you need for beach fun! Rent bikes, surf boards, etc.
