Only a 20 minutes drive from Puerto Plata International Airport and 10 minutes from the town of Sosua and the heart of Cabarete, it ideally situated to provide access to local dining and entertainment but also the seclusion your desire if you just want privacy. Perla Marina has its own private beach which is a 5 minute walk from the villa. The villa is also located near famous Kite Beach host the renowned annual Championship Kite
Surfing Tournament.

Natura Cabañas provide restaurant and spa treatment within the community of Perla Marina. At the original Natura gourmet dinner restaurant, the freshest of seafood is the big draw, along with international, vegetarian and Dominican dishes. Villa Maya hosts up to 6 people; including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. Each additional bedroom has a queen size bed. Brand new, individually control air conditioning is in each bedroom. The living area has 20 foot ceilings equipped with cable TV, wireless internet and a DVD player. The kitchen and breakfast area is fully equipped with all you dining needs. The terrace provides an area for relaxation and also an area to dine with quests while enjoying the view of the pool and Jacuzzi. The pool and Jacuzzi have internal lighting for your night-time enjoyment. Take a swim or relax in the 3 speed Jacuzzi to unwind from your fun-filled day area the Dominican Republic or just sit and relax before ending your evening.
Security
Along with 24/7 security provided by the development, the house is also equipped with motion sensor lighting. The pump house is equipped with battery back up in case of a power outage.
Maintenance
Included in the rental is a gardener that keeps the grounds, pool and Jacuzzi immaculate, and two days of maid service, to keep the house clean and provide clean linen.

Short trip from the US, perfect climate, wonder people,tons of activities to do, food is great. The house is 5 minutes from the beach 1.5 hours from Santiago, 2 hours from whit water rafting in Jarabacoa and 3.5 hour from Santo Domingo.

Fortaleza San Felipe is a historic Spanish fortress located in the north of Dominican Republic in the province of Puerto Plata.
