Perla Marina has its own private beach which is a 5 minute walk from the villa. The villa is also located near famous Kite Beach host the renowned annual Championship Kite

Natura Cabañas provide restaurant and spa treatment within the community of Perla Marina. At the original Natura gourmet dinner restaurant, the freshest of seafood is the big draw, along with international, vegetarian and Dominican dishes. After lunch or dinner, soak up some sun lying on the beach; get a spa treatment or a drink at the bar, or all three.
Golf
Playa Dorado Golf Course (Robert Tent Jones): This is a par 72, 18-hole course, flat, conditioned course with exceptional greens surrounding the Playa Dorada resort complex. Approximately 30 minutes from Cabarete.
Playa Grande Golf Course (Robert Trent Jones): The "Pebble Beach" of the Caribbean, with 10 holes interacting with the Atlantic Ocean. Pros and occasional golfers alike praise this course for its breath-taking Atlantic views. Approximately 45 minutes from Cabarete.

Villa Maya hosts up to 6 people; including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. Each additional bedroom has a queen size bed. Brand new, individually control air conditioning is in each bedroom. The living area has 20 foot ceilings equipped with cable TV, wireless internet and a DVD player. The kitchen and breakfast area is fully equipped with all you dining needs. The terrace provides an area for relaxation and also an area to dine with quests while enjoying the view of the pool and Jacuzzi. The pool and Jacuzzi have internal lighting for your night-time enjoyment. Take a swim or relax in the 3 speed Jacuzzi to unwind from your fun-filled day area the Dominican Republic or just sit and relax before ending your evening.
Security
Along with 24/7 security provided by the development, the house is also equipped with motion sensor lighting. The pump house is equipped with battery back up in case of a power outage.
Maintenance
Included in the rental is a gardener that keeps the grounds, pool and Jacuzzi immaculate, and two days of maid service, to keep the house clean and provide clean linen.
