Kimball Bungalow is a 75 year old cottage within the town of Northeast Harbor. It has a large Master Bedroom with a fireplace and a living room with fireplace. The kitchen and bathrooms are clean and well equipped. The house is spacious and ideal for a family or two small families. There are games and books and a large porch facing south overlooking the private garden.
With quiet streets and coastal views, walking or biking is the best way to get around town. Shuttles to Acadia National Park and ferries to nearby islands leave frequently from locations within walking distance. The harbor is just down the hill from the house and there is a convenient boat ramp next to the main dock.
Hiking and biking are famous in this area because of the extensive "Carriage Trails" that run through Acadia Park. A favorite hike takes you to the Jordon Pond House where you can have "Tea and Popovers" before the hike down.
