Cleaning fee of $75.00 per booking..no minimum stay required.
Rates are negotiable according to season and availablity..long term stays
are more likely to be discounted. Deposit of 1/2 of rent required at the time of
booking and must be received within 7 days of reservation.Total amount of
rent must be paid in full 60 days before arrival. A $100.00 cancellation
fee will be held under 30 day notice.
