The beautiful views of Sand Key bridge and Clearwater Causeway Bridge can be enjoyed from nearly anywhere inside the condo. And, come and watch the dolphin play! With the bridges lit up at night, the Sand Key Beach and Clearwater Beach skyline will ensure your return! The new Clearwater Causeway bridge is visable from both of the bedrooms! Ample closet space in each bedroom as well as the unit itself.
When you enter the condo and walk down the hallway you will already be able to see the view we are promising you. The door on the left will take you outside, down one flight of stairs to the pool and sea wall where you will feel that it is your own private back yard. Most of the 8 units are owner occupied so with very few rentals, it is nice and quiet.
While relaxing in this peaceful location, there is a fishing gazebo over the water next door, the Pinellas Trail nearby for outdoor exercise like biking, walking, and skating. A full grocery store and gym 2 blocks away. Morton Plant Hospital is less than a mile. Within a 7 minute walk you can be in downtown Clearwater where you will find the Library, post office, shopping and more. Clearwater beach is about 2 miles away.
