We offer you a beautiful ocean view during the day and an even better one at night. That’s when the Sand Key Bridge and Clearwater Causeway Bridge light up the night sky! Both Bridges can be enjoyed from nearly anywhere inside the condo. Most of the 8 units are owner occupied so with very few rentals, it is nice and quiet.
Drive or walk just 3 blocks to downtown Clearwater where you’ll find the Library, post office, shopping, restaurants and more. Completely brand new fully equipped kitchen, new paint and carpet. 1450 sq ft. Large balcony off living and dining area. Covered parking. Take advantage of the nearby Pinellas Trail for exercise like biking, walking, and skating. A full grocery store and gym within 2 blocks. Clearwater beach is about 2 miles away. Tampa Airport is only 25 minutes away. This condo has it all and is priced right! I am sorry but we have a 30 day minimum with a maximum of 3 people.
