Hi! This is my daughter and me exploring Rincon beaches. A great day and memory. She also took surfing and sailing lessons during our stay.
When I can, I stay in my own condos, I will not offer something that will not be excellent for my family. Hope you can also enjoy this paradise.

Why the Owner Chose Rincon
I chose to buy in this location because the beach is great, the people are very friendly, the sunsets views are amazing from the Penthouse or beach, the area is safe and everything you may need is close, mostly walking distance.
The Unique Benefits of this condo
Seconds to the beach in a very safe area. Our recreation areas are great, private terrace with jacuzzi, BBQ, lounge chairs.. Complete kitchen and laundry including regular and microwave ovens, big fridge with ice maker with filtered water. Three bathrooms!, Another BBQ in the gazebo and pool area, beach gate, elevator, two off street private parking, water reserve and electric generator just in case. Also the By the Sea has a private bar with another fridge, massage bed, two LCD TVs, Ipod player, internet, even a foosball table. It is also very comfortable for readers (some novels included)

Great Caribbean Vacation without the Hassles

My girlfriends and I (3 ladies of a certain age) loved this beautiful condo looking out at the blue Caribbean. It was centrally located so we could walk to downtown Rincon and to several good restaurants - others were just a short drive - and was just acrossed the street from the beach. The condo was beautifully furnished and had great outdoor spaces - 2 decks and a delightful courtyard with a hot tub. The complex itself had a nice little pool. The only drawback to the condo was a narrow metal spiral staircase that would make it difficult for someone who had difficulty getting up and down stairs to access the top level with the hot tub and bar area. It could also be a problem if you had small children. The drive from San Juan was not too difficult (about 3 hours) and it was nice to not hassle with passports, different languages (most everyone speaks English) and currency exchange. The prices were reasonable (as opposed to San Juan where everything was outragous) and we all felt that Rincon was a good value. I would recommend this property to anyone who likes water sports - surfing, snorkeling, diving, fishing, swimming, etc. and who wants a relaxing location without crowds and the hassles of leaving the country.

I stayed in this Penthouse a few weeks ago with a group of friends and my fiancé . It was by far the best place we've ever stayed in! I’ll start with the area. We are so close to the beach, that my fiancé and I spend most of our afternoons enjoying the beautiful romantic sunsets. Five seconds away is Capital Water Sports where we all got rides on the banana boats, we told Alexis (the owner) that we where staying in Rincon PH Condos and we got extra time on our ride, my friends and I also went snorkeling it was such a beautiful experience. Rincón it’s such a small town, so peaceful it’s a great place to relax. It was all perfect. The Penthouse itself was amazing the décor was beautiful and the view from the second floor balcony is breathtaking. The private terrace has a Jacuzzi, bbq grill, and some lounge chairs, inside we had a bar, foosball table these where all a total hit for us we spend so much time there. The bedding accommodations where perfect we had more then enough space, we had everything we could ever need for our stay the kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom, the PH also had wireless internet, we even had beach towels and beach chairs! The Penthouse was immaculate. This place is simply perfect. I would also like to add that Lilly and José where both great host, their attention and hospitality where excellent. I would recommend this Penthouse, and I am definitely coming back next year!
