Kick back and relax in our comfortable, fully-appointed, BEACHFRONT townhouse. Your deck overlooks the wide, sandy beach and beautiful Pacific Ocean. You can walk for miles along the beach, watch the dolphins, whales, and other sea life from the comfort of your living room or private deck or spread your beach blanket on the beach right in front of your home and watch sun light up the waves as they crash at your feet.
Small, private, townhouse complex; quiet and peaceful surroundings. If you love to listen to the sound of the surf as you fall asleep at night or enjoy a wild, unspoiled beach, this is the place for you. Ideally located close to the restaurants and activity in Santa Cruz (15 minutes away) or the history and shopping of Monterey (30 minutes away).
Queen-size bed in master bedroom; two double-size beds in second bedroom. Both bedrooms feature very large windows with a fabulous view of the sandy beach and ocean. Blankets and pillows are provided; please bring your own sheets and towels. Kitchen offers a breakfast bar, microwave, dishwasher, all cooking amenities; two full baths. I have personally enjoyed the amenities at the La Selva Beach Townhouse many times and have always had a wonderful time soaking up the sand and surf. If you are a beach lover as I am and believe location is paramount, then you cannot get a better spot than La Selva. It is a private beach that is well maintained and patroled; clean, safe and family-friendly. Lots to do while spending some quality time with your toes in the sand: surfing, swimming, beach volleyball, kite-flying, seashell collecting, campfires (along with the ever-popular S'mores!), hiking and simply dozing in the sun. It is very relaxing and quiet if you prefer a little solitude. Literally a stairway away from the breathtaking Pacific Ocean! The townhouse is clean, tidy and thoughtfully customized to make your stay comfortable and stress-free. Even though you will feel like you are a thousand miles from the hustle and bustle of the city while staying at the beach, there are a multitude of excursions to occupy your time and interests just a couple of exits down the freeway. Nearby small towns will entertain even the most discriminating vacationer. Excellent restaurants, shopping, antiquing and cultural centers have much to offer. Access to the townhouse is simple and straightforward from booking to packing up. Directions are easy to follow and the owners are more than helpful with suggestions and amenities to make your stay as uncomplicated and comfortable as possible. You literally will not have a care in the world! I would highly recommend this little spot of heaven for your next excursion.

My husband booked your seaside home as a surprise Mother's Day gift for me. It was the best gift ever! We really enjoyed our weekend here. When I first walked into the house, I knew I was going to have an amazing time; and sure enough, I did. This place is absolutely perfect. The beachy decor brings so much of the outside in to enjoy. So comfortable, yet nicely kept with many thoughtful amenities. We appreciate how very clean the home is kept. I'll definitely be back one day.

What an amazing place you have here. Our family had a vacation blast -- watching the waves, kids playing in the sand, spectacular sunsets, and BBQ'ing "oysters on the grill." We've had so much fun, we'd like to come back every year. It's way less expensive and much closer than going to Hawaii. See you next year!
