Enjoy this two bedroom, two bathroom plus den unit in one of the best oceanfront condos in Ocean City, the Sea Watch, located in the north end of Ocean City on 115th St. Amenities in this building have something for everyone including indoor and outdoor pools, game room as well as 3 lighted tennis courts and a basketball court.
This nicely furnished condo is on the north side of the building with a view of the ocean from both the balcony & the master bedroom. Both bedrooms are newly furnished and the two bathrooms have JUST completed renovations. The den and living room have double sleep sofas.
Check or money order accepted by mail. Signed rental agreement and one-half of rental due at time of booking. Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Sorry, no pets.
You will need to provide linens, towels, food & sunscreen.

We celebrated my son's 40th birthday. The weather was not good, but we had a wonderful time. Great view of the ocean. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was a new sectional in the den that was very cozy. You can walk to many places because the SeaWatch is in a very good location. Gina was very nice to work with also. We hope to go back next summer.

Our stay was wonderful in every way!! Gina was great to work with! This was my first experience booking thru a private owner in Ocean City, after staying numerous years using a rental agent. The entire process went very smoothly! The unit itself had a terrific location, the beds were very comfortable, and everything we needed was available. We would look forward to staying in this unit again!

Great amenities, beach is easily accessible, beautiful ocean views from inside and out and very reasonable rates. Accommodations are very clean, comfortable and cozy, feels like home. The owner is wonderful to work with and very accommodating.

We are just finishing up our week here in this condo and I have to say it has been a magnificent week. I am completely impressed by the cleanliness and how beautifully decorated the condo is. You truely feel as though you are walking into a very modern and stylish yet comfortable home. The owner offers every possible convenience imaginable fromcomfortable beds to a well stocked kitchen (pots, pans, utensils,dishes etc) to games for all ages, beach toys/chairs/umbrella and tennis and volleyball equipment just to name a few!. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home. For those who also have teenagers, the balcony here is perfect for keeping a close eye on your kids! You not only get a beautiful view of the ocean and the bay but you have a close view of the tennis courts, volleyball pit and playground. I couldn't have asked for a more convenient location to allow for my own relaxation. Kuddos to this owner!!!

The Sea Watch has a nice layout, V shaped with a freindly courtyard. It has a very nice game room, indoor and outdoor pools, snack shop, beach shop and a covered garage. Located across from a strip mall and movie theater, it's a perfect central location for family vacations. The playground, basketball and tennis courts were used everyday. Each unit has an adjacent laundry/storage room. Nice roomy patio makes for relaxing beach watching. Only a short walk over the dunes and you are on a guarded beach.
