Welcome to our getaway mountain chalet in South Lake Tahoe. We are located right off of Pioneer Trail in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by conservancy (the county owns this land to limit additional development). We are an easy drive from all of the sites and attractions Tahoe has to offer.

* 4 miles to Lake Tahoe Blvd, Lake and Beaches
* 5 miles to Stateline (Casinos), Heavenly Ski Resort/Heavenly Village
* 6 miles to Golf Course
* 12 miles to Sierra at Tahoe Ski Resort

Our home is fully furnished with all of the amenities on a 1/3 acre parcel with a huge back lot that opens up to the forest and mountain views.

HOUSE LAYOUT DESCRIPTION:
Walk in the front door into the living room. On the left is the dining area that leads into the kitchen. In front of you is the wood burning fireplace and a breakfast bar into the kitchen. Through the living room is a short hallway that leads to the downstairs full bathroom (bathtub + laundry), and two bedrooms; one with a queen bed and one with two sets of extra long bunks.

Go up the stairs from the living room and enter into a spacious loft that overlooks the dining room. The loft has cable TV, DVD player, queen futon and hideaway bed. To the right of the stairs is the master bedroom with a king bed. Next to the master is the second full bathroom (shower). Adjacent to the stairs is the entrance to a 600 square foot game room with pool table, darts, balcony and queen futon.

Off of the downstairs living room is the door to the oversized attached two-car garage (snow toys available). Out into the backyard is a redwood deck patio with gas grill and full-sized 8-person deluxe hot tub.

The house is warm, comfortable, fully loaded and ready for an amazing Tahoe vacation.

  • A great cabin for large groups in a great location as well...away from the traffic and yet a quick trek down Pioneer Trail and you are at the casinos/shopping. My family enjoyed the stay..cute loft and seperate pool room. Big backyard with lots of room for kids to run!

  • This was a wonderful Cabin. More than enough for my family. Great location, close to Tahoe Keys and shopping centers. Many activities to do in house and a nice size yard to for football practice. After Jet-Skiing we all jumped in the nice size relaxing hot tub which seats 8. Will be back for the winter...

  • This is a very nice place for a large group (10-12). The location is perfect; away from the noise of SLT Blvd. yet close enough to everything you might want or need. We enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, bbq and large back yard. We would stay here again if we needed accomodations for a large group.
