Once again we rented at Edgewater Park and the condo lived up to expectations. The kitchen was very well stocked with useful items, several sized pots and pans, which made for easy food prep for 10 people, lots of dishes and small appliances to use. Several in our party took advantage of the bikes in the garage and the closeness to Rehoboth Avenue encouraged us to walk to the boardwalk just about every night. We all had a great vacation and enjoyed our family time together. Thanks for the wonderful property to stay in!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We stayed on this property in September 2010 with 4 families, 2 that had young children. It's spacious and accomodating for everyone. Kids could take quiet naps upstairs while adults stayed downstairs. It is in walking distance to the beginning of Rehoboth Avenue and there is a playground nearby. We could easily walk to Dogfish Head (one of our favorites) and if we felt adventurous could make it all the way to the beach. Would stay at this property again for the Dogfish Dash this September, but it was booked in May already!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Very clean and well furnished. The layout is great for 3 families (4 if the kids are little), and we've had great dealings with the owner. We've stayed there two years in a row, and are anxious to head back this year for a third.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
