The cabin is the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, whether adventure or relaxation is what you desire. This cabin can offer the best of both! This secluded cabin is surrounded by a forest of hardwoods and pine trees and is located within minutes of the Rich Mountain Wilderness and the Aska Adventure Areas of Blue Ridge, Georgia. Enjoy the peaceful forest surroundings of the Blue Ridge Mountains while relaxing in a porch swing or rocking chair on the covered decks.
This area is renowned for its miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. Nearby you can hike along Stanley Creek to Falls Branch Falls. If a longer hike is in your plans, the Benton MacKaye Trail is also close by. During much of the year visitors can participate in canoeing, tubing, and fly-fishing on the Toccoa River or playing in and around Lake Blue Ridge, both just minutes from the cabin.
After a day full of adventure, the cabin is the ideal place to retire. Soak aching muscles in our 4-person hot tub while watching the setting sun cast shadows on the surrounding forest. If cooking a delicious dinner is in your plans, we have a fully functioning kitchen, charcoal grill, appliances, and even a handful of spices to assist you. All you have to provide is your food of choice and beverages! Late evenings can be enjoyed on the free standing deck by the fire pit listening to the crackling fire while star gazing at a canvas of stars and roasting marshmallows. As a fire burns in the inviting gas fireplace you can enjoy satellite TV, DVD and movies.
Our cabin sleeps up to four guests. The main level bedroom provides a full bed while the spacious upstairs loft is furnished with a plush, queen-sized bed and has its own bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. Come for a weekend get-away or a week-long vacation escape. We would love to welcome you to our home-away-from-home.
Whether you enjoy mountain biking, whitewater activities, hiking, fishing, boating, or even rock climbing there is an adventure near by.
