The condo building, La Puntilla de Rosa, is an elegant 10 unit, beautifully landscaped property that was constructed in 2004. It has the unique advantage of being on a quiet residential street yet only a 5 minute walk into town, where you will find great restaurants, shops, a brand new casino, and three nearby beaches.

After a day at the beach, it is a delight to come home to this bright and airy condo to relax and watch the sunset from the porch or from the patio down by the Jacuzzi - right at the edge of the cliff. You will never want to leave!

  • my wife and i stayed here the 2nd week of february 2009. we both agreed that it was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. the pictures don't do it justice, it is a magnificent panorama that needs to be experienced first hand to be fully appreciated. we were so comfortable there, we didn't want to leave to do anything else. the patio was my favorite spot. coffee, and a good book, a dip in the pool, and a short walk to the beach and town, what else could you ask for? i would love to return here and highly recommend it. not one problem or negative thing to say. use jose for a taxi driver, he was awesome. marjorie (owner) is a pleasure to deal with.
