Location: Crescent City, North Coast, California, USA (1 mile to Airport, Walk to Beach, 1 mile to Downtown/Whales)

This home is located on scenic Pebble Beach Drive. Go west on 9th St.to Pebble Beach Dr. 1305 is on a city turn around two blocks North. Please park on cement in front of the house out of the turn around. Nearby are Point St. George with panoramic views of southern Oregon and Northern California coastlines. 360 degree ocean and mountain views out all windows upstairs - living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen.

Two minute walk to tidepools and view of Battery Point lighthouse which you can walk to at low tide. Headquarters for Redwood National Park less than one mile. Jedediah Smith State Park and Smith River, five miles. Thai House Restaurant has great Thai and Vietnamese food. Also Good Harvest Cafe caters to vegetarians with low-fat fresh whole foods.
There is an indoor heated public pool for the kids and a 'KIDTOWN' playground across the street from the pool and an adjoining safe beach on the harbor. Beachcombing and tide pools will keep the kids busy for days. Lots of kids here surf or boogie board and you can rent the gear at the surf shop owned by the famous Greg Noll family. You can rent rafts on the Smith River which is the only pristine, undammed river in California and it winds thru giant Redwood groves and State Parks. There are spectacular short drives that give you high viewpoints that overlook the Klamath river estuary, Redwood National Park and the beautiful So. Oregon coastline, none of which is more than a half hour's drive. We have endless miles of pristine beaches, 2 lighthouses (one you can walk to and tour and one that is 6 miles out on the reef that will soon be just a helicopter ride away), 2 great museums and too much more than I can list here.
We keep this house affordable so that it is rented most of the time. It's a nice house in a nice beachside neighborhood.

This home is located on the most desirable beach drive in Del Norte County. Upstairs is one bedroom, full bath, full kitchen, living room and ocean and mountain views. Downstairs laundry room, bathroom and large second bedroom. Car, bike, surf gear charter, and boat rentals all nearby.

  • The house was gorgeous. It was the perfect spot for a vacation. There are countless trails nearby. We loved going to the beach and there is a park at the end of the street where we flew a kite. Everything was at the house ready when we got there. Ryan was so happy we where able to cook our own food. It really does make you feel like your at home. Thanks for all your help Jovi and shawn.

  • The house was wonderful - comfortable, relaxing, quiet, excellent amenities, with a beautiful view. The transaction went very smoothly with the help of Emma. We hiked for hours in the redwoods and went for long beach walks right from the house. We would rent the house again!

  • This home was GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jovi, i need to give you a big apoligy for not submiting a comment earlier this summer. Norma reminded me several times and for one reason or another I did not get it done. Like we wrote in the book at the home, our stay was a wonderfull experiance. Your hospitality was second to none, and the feel of the home was just that, home. Our Scottish friend still talk about our great beach house vacation. Thanks again, Herb

  • Jovi, Emma, and Shawn, Thank you so much for your wonderful home! My young boys definitely enjoyed all the educational toys. I always love it when kids are having fun and I know they are learning something without them know it. The wide range of books to choose from was also a treat for everyone. We went to the beach, to the Battery lighthouse (very cool), and to the Redwood Forest. I strongly recommend doing the fairly easy hike in Stout Grove - my family was awed by the trees.   • We had a fabulous time at the Lucky beach house! It was just like being at home. Beautifully furnished and stocked with kitchen amenities,towels, music, books, movies, games etc. The house has an excellent view of the ocean and plenty of room for more than one family. We would definately go again.
