We were booking this place on a very short notice and owner was very accommodating and helpful. Place is very pleasant, new, in great condition and clean. Having ability to park in the garage was nice because at night temperature was dropping below freezing. Location is great, it takes only 5 to 7 min to get to the center of Moab. Highly recommended.

My husband and friends and I enjoyed our visit to Moab and were very pleased with the Condo! It is very comfortable and was all that we wanted. A place to hang out and visit after a long day of exploring. Great location and quiet and convenient to everything! Thank you Matt!

Hi Matt! Thanks so much for our stay in your condo in Moab. The four senior ladies enjoyed hiking, site seeing, swimming and relaxing in the hot tub. The condo had everything that anyone would need and all of the information that you supplied was very helpful. This was a special time for two of the ladies who had not visited that area previously and had it on their bucket list. Best wishes from all of us! Betty

My family of 5 rented this condo in August 2011 and loved it. The pictures are accurate and the location is great. The views can't be beat. The home provided the accessibility we wanted to town and hiking, biking, boating, and shopping/dining. The beds were comfortable and the AC works like a champ! My only "complaint" is there was no hair dryer. We will definitely rent here again!

Matt, We loved staying at your condo in Moab. It was in a great location, beautiful views, away from the busy downtown area, nicely furnished and supplied with everything we needed during our stay and was the perfect size for our family to relax at after a long day of hiking the area.

What a great place to stay to experience Moab!!! The condo is well maintained and very spacious. Just like being in your own home. Certainly a great deal. If we return to Moab, this will be the place we will stay.

Hi Matt, Now that we are home from our USA holiday I just wanted to send a quick thank-you note to say we had a wonderful time in Moab and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your townhouse. It was lovely to have a place to call "home" at the end of a long day sightseeing, the longest day being when we got up at 4 a.m. to make the drive/walk in to Mesa Arch for sunrise and then went back to see the sunset at Grand View Point. Well worth the effort and an experience to be treasured for many years to come. You have done a wonderful job with the accommodations and, on the off chance that anyone we know is travelling to Moab, we will highly recommend your "home away from home". The unit is gorgeous, comfy and spacious, the whole area is a super peaceful getaway. Pricing is very practical. Pool is great, landlords are absolutely friendly and helpful. We returned home super rejuvenated. We highly recommend this place!

Perfect for Families, or Anyone Visiting Moab!

My young family of four (children ages 6 & 4) stayed here and it was just perfect. The owners provided exceptional directions (which was great as we arrived after dark). The condo is roomy with everything you can think of -- a spacious attached garage (great for storing the bikes, etc.), a large laundry room right off the garage (perfect for storing shoes & doing laundry!), a fully-equipped kitchen, three, good-size bedrooms, a carpeted stair (excellent for our youngest who is not fully stair-proficient), etc. Just across the laneway is the playset (swings and slide) and the pool -- could not be more convenient. And what a view ... wow. It's about five miles out of town which for us was nice -- we liked being in the quiet and getting to ride our bicycles / walk without worrying about traffic, plus it was just a few minutes to drive into town (when needed). The owners provide a terrific guide in the unit to things off the beaten path, which we might not otherwise have noticed (like the petroglyphs on the way to Potash). We like getting to cook some of our meals and not have to handwash (dishwasher!). (although we loved Eklecticafe and the Love Muffin!) We like getting to keep on top of laundry. We like having a large, quiet place where our youngest could have his afternoon nap and our older child and a parent could do other activities. When (not if!) we return to Moab this is where we'll stay again. No question.

I have stayed at this property a couple of times now. It is always a good time. Great location with easy access to everything that Moab has to offer. This townhome is very neat, clean and well kept. The pool area is a lot of fun! I highly recommend staying here!
