This is a unique property on Isle Colon, right in the heart of Bocas Town. There is no need for a taxi or rental car as everything is within walking distance from the house. There is a bike rental business just steps from the front of the house that will rent you a great cruiser bike for the week for around $55. A Water Taxi can pick you up and drop you off right on our dock for a surf/snorkel or exploring some of the islands beautiful white sand beaches.
The house is set up to handle all different groups from honeymooners to large family gatherings. There are multiply ways to partition the house from 1, 2 and 3 bedroom set ups.
There are many fine restaurants in town to eat at for breakfast lunch and dinner. You will never have to eat at the same place twice, unless you just love one, our favorites are Ohm and Lemon Grass. If you are on more of a budget trip there are a several grocery stores located with in easy walking distance up and down the main drag.
If you want a true Caribbean get away with walking access to bars and restaurants there in no other house like it. Just recently redecorated the house as all the creature comforts of home.

We recently stayed at this property and were met at the airport and showed to the property which is located right over the water. The house was clean and spacious with a full kitchen, dvd, tv, etc. The best part was the back deck which connects to a private raised dock over the water. Juan, the property manager, was available and helpful when we had questions. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Good for kids or couples. Close enough to walk to town but quiet at night. Everything is close by, restaurants with wifi, laundry, supermarket, and a dive shop all within a few hundred feet of the property. Overall a great stay and we will definitely be back Travis and April

Bocas House was an awesome surprise! We expected a nice house, but had no idea just how nice this house is until we walked through the door. The location is perfect, right in town, and the outside area is so perfect that we didn't even leave the house during the day! I highly recommend renting this house and will definitely be back soon!

This was SUCH a great house for us in Bocas! The photos are great and clearly reflect the home and amenities. Small touches like games and cards, movies and a sound system complete your stay. Right down to a blender, the kitchen is equipped. The house is close to mini-super markets, bike rental, bars and restaurants and a laundry. You simply cannot get closer to the water and the view is endless! The home is very spacious and exceeds expectations. It is close to all of the local restaurants and commercial areas, but not too close. The owner has recently added a two-story dock and makes regular upgrades to the property. Well maintained, the local management staff was exceptionally responsive to any inquiry. One little creature comfort that we did not expect was the good quality linens, plenty of pillows and lots of big beach towels. What a treat! The owners are very responsive and communication was excellent. Don't miss this great opportunity to stay in a wonderful surfer's home (not shack!) with terrific touches and rustic luxury comforts!

The house is very nice and in a good location just off the main streets in Bocas Town. We had a lot of fun with 8 of us and rented out the whole house. The back deck with hammocks and view of the ocean was amazing and very relaxing. The Mondo Taitu hostel is like a 1 minute walk so you can go over there to the bar if you want to find other people to hang out with as well. I'd definitely recommend anyone to stay here and it's fun having the water taxis pick you up on your own private dock. Also, the AC units work extremely well.

The house was great. For being so close to town it is relatively quiet, very comfortable and clean. And it is super convenient because you are within walking distance to everything in town. It was a great deal because you get the privacy of your own house for the same amount of money for a lot of the hotel rooms in Bocas. You can swim right off the dock, too. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone staying in Bocas and I would stay there again if I went back.

Very nice place, excellent location, you can find anything you need in less than 2 blocks (restaurants, stores, groceries). The house is in perfect condition and so all the appliances. We definitely want to go back

GREAT LOCATIN!!The owner is a very nice guy, and will always be there to make your stay as nice as possible. Sweet location for access to the town, everything is right there, just a walking distance from the house! Having a dock was a big plus too, because water taxies can pick you up direct and drop you off. Would stay again! Thanks again Clay
