Our vacation was spectacular. This home is well appointed, beautifully furnished and very, very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Each bedroom is very comfortable and cozy. The views are spectacular by day and enchanting at night. The deck is great for reading and relaxing or grilling and dining. We played golf nearby and found the course to be fun and appropriate for golfers of all skill levels. The owners of this home were very helpful and we would recommend it for couples or families!

Five of us, 81-year-old grandma, 2 kids (ages 11 and 13) and parents used this Mancos vacation rental to explore Mesa Verde (fantastic location!) and even drove 2 hours to Canyonlands. The home was comfortable, clean, and spacious and we all felt very comfortable spending 3 nights in this beautiful home.

My family (Husband, wife and 8 yr old) and friend from Germany loved this house. We felt welcome and comfortable the moment we walked in. Decorated in a Southwestern/Cowboy style, the owners have made every effort to make this house feel like a home away from home. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative. Our best experience was a breakfast ride with Rimrock Outfitters just outside of Mancos. Lynne and Perry were wonderful hosts, the horses were great, and the pancakes, bacon and eggs perfect. We would highly recommend Rimrock Outfitters for any trail ride.

This home was perfect! Fresh baked cookies and coffee from the local coffee establishment were waiting for us when we arrived. Great location, beautiful views, and very comfortable. It was more than enough for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We loved being to cook at the house and ate every meal on the patio, watching the deer. The home was very clean and very well supplied with the necessities. The home is close to Mesa Verde and about an hour from Durango. Both Mesa and Durango were in the 90's so it was great returning to the cooler temps up in the mountains. The owners are super. We communicated for several months by email and they supplied great links to activties in the area. We have raved to our friends about this home! We would rent it again.

We stayed there in June with our daughter and twin grandchildren. We could not have asked for more. The home is beautiful and comfortable. The wrap around deck is perfect for viewing deer and humming birds. There were plenty of both. It is very conveniently located to the areas attractions, yet you feel as though you are the only ones when you are on the property. It was well decorated. The host and hostess were gracious and welcoming. I think my friends are tiring of hearing my raves about it.
