The home has 2500 square feet of living area. Both covered and uncovered deck areas are perfect for morning coffee and that evening glass of wine. The master bedroom with Queen Bed is located downstairs with two bedrooms upstairs (one queen and two twin beds) and a loft that provides a sitting area with views.
Vaulted ceiling with 20 foot windows allow views of the La Plata peaks to the East. Sit on the south deck and enjoy the view of Mesa Verde and Sleeping Ute Mountain.
There are many other activities in the area through out the year including the Mancos Balloon Festival which is the end of September, Mancos Days the last weekend of July, and the Sugar Pine Motorcycle Rally Labor Day weekend.
In Telluride the Bluegrass Festival is June and the Jazz Festival around the first weekend of August. Rodeos in Durango are typically second and third week of July.
Home comes with a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils and dishes. Outdoor features a propane BBQ, fire pit for roasting marshmallows and horseshoe area. Linens and towels furnished.
There are many activities available in the area to keep busy with or just sit back and enjoy the mountains from the home.
