I rented at the Dellwood for the Car Show weekend this May. My husband, myself and our 3 year old daughter stayed with our friends the their 6 year old son. This condo was perfect for the size of our party. It was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. They provided towels and a wonderful "kit" with basic supplies such as toiletries, hand soap, kitchen items ect. The early check in and late check out was a plus as well. The owners were very helpful with any questions we had and were available if we needed them for anything. It was also wonderful to walk right out to the beach! We plan this trip yearly and hope to stay again!

After the 'hustle' and 'bustle' of preparing for Thanksgiving Day, a weekend trip to The Dellwood, was just what I needed. It was a perfect weekend, with unseasonably high temperatures, which was an added 'bonus' The Dellwood is beautifully decorated. Very homey and cozy. It is great to get away from home, yet have all of the comforts of home. There is anything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Pots, pans, toaster, dishes, utensils, coffee pot, and even a coffee grinder. The beds were very comfortable. I especially appreciated, that I did not have to take my own linens and towels. I love that you can see the ocean from the front deck. Step out on to the front deck, early in the morning, and watch the sunrise over the ocean...what better way to start the day. I love staying at the Dellwood and plan on returning each year.

This is our second time staying at Dellwood and we absolutely love it. It's clean and comfortable with the beach practically outside the door. Condo is fully stocked with everything that you need. The owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back again!!!

We were pleasantly surprised at how big the condo was. It was nicely decorated, very homey looking. The colors throughout were pleasing. Everything has obviously been maintained and kept updated. We especially liked the fact that we were so close to the beach. With little children, that was a real plus. We will definitely consider coming back another year. We would recommend this condo to anyone of any age, except those with difficulty climbing steps, as it is on the second floor. The parking can be a bit of a problem, but for the most part, we were fine with it. Thanks to the owner for providing such a pleasant place for our family to stay.

Very clean, plenty of room, deck has a good view of ocean and hightway. we were there for car show weekend, so it was nice to see high way as well. Beds and couches were comfortable.Owners were very helpful with my many questions. Pots and pans were good quality, not that we cooked much! Only complaint is the parking as there is only one spot.

Awesome place...very clean and bright with lots of special extra touches. Definately would highly recommend this property. Very close to several restaurants. This place is so well stocked with everything..didn't even have to bring towels. A stone's throw from the beach. A+++ This place has it all : )

Girls Jubilee Weekend

My five friends and I spent the weekend at Dellwood and had a fabulous time! The condo is beautifully decorated and so homey; we felt comfortable right away! We loved being so close to the beach and very convenient to all the restaurants and shops. We especially loved all the "extra touches" that the owners left for us. It was also very nice to have the linens and towels included. We did cook in some meals and had everything we needed in the kitchen too.The owners also left a listing of good restaurants in the area and we found that very helpful.We could not have asked for better acommodations! Great for families and ladies get-away trips! We will definitely go back!

We had a great time. Your place was very accommodating and getting to it by Rt 90 was very easy! My buddy, who took one room was amazed at how nice it was to rent a house over a motel room. Our only complaint, and not sure what you can do about it, was the parking situation. The folks in 201 next to us trailered their bikes down, so they had a truck and trailer on the side yard, plus 4 bikes in a 3rd parking spot. Both 1st floor rentals has 2 vehicles each, so finding a spot to park our bikes was a challenge, especially since there was overflow from the motel across the street. This was our 3rd yr renting the Dellwood and we absolutely love it. We all feel very comfortable when we're there and it has all the amenities of home! It's very close to the beach and everything else Ocean City has to offer. A special thanks to Sharon for working with me on the dates this year...we really appreciate you switching with us!! Our family really enjoyed our week at the Dellwood, It had all the amenities of home. Decorated very nicely, I loved the internet wireless router. Excellent job on the renovation, we have been using the Dellwood for 10 years now and will continue. See ya next year, only for 2 weeks.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dellwood 202. There was so many extras there that we did not expect! The washer and dryer were a nice addition. Plenty of cooking utensils.Very good accommodations. Our stay was too short, of course, we would love to be able to stay a lot longer. The weather was perfect( unseasonably warm) but the ocean water was so refreshing. We all love the beach, and it was very convenient to get to an area that was not crowded . We hope that we can continue to vacation at Dellwood 202 for many years to come. Thank you so much for having us! We will stay in touch for future vacations.

The place was beautiful and well taken care of. The only complaint was the price was high after I compared what all my freinds paid and what I was paying I felt like I got taken advantage of because I was a kid. I would reccomend it if the price was lower.

Owner response:High School Senior rates are higher as noted in our write up. Our weekly rate was provided to your father prior to signing the agreement and discussed with all parents. Our condo rate for Senior High School week is very comparable to other ocean block 3 bedroom units with the same amendities. We spent a lot of time and money on our renovations which are noted on vrbo. We have to protect our investment property during such a high risk rental week.

We L O V E D it! We were a little nostalgic over the loss of the paneling after 25 years but... we got over it really fast. My friends that stayed in #201 next door (there were too many to fit everyone in to one apartment, so we always rent the two top apartments at the same time) couldn’t get over how nice your place was. We wondered around going “wow”…”wow.” We gathered every night on your comfortable couches to watch TV. I loved being able to watch TV in the bedroom. I don’t even have that luxury at home. I guess the only thing we, as a group, could find fault with is that there weren’t enough couches for everyone to sit on…but that’s not your problem. We definitely want to book the place again for Memorial Day weekend in May. Thanks a lot! You did an excellent job! Lee Mewshaw- Laurel, MD

We had a wonderful time in your vacation home - very nicely decorated which definitely added to our enjoyment. Parking wasn't bad as it was close to the end of the summer. So close to the beach which is ideal with little ones and all the 'gear' that they require for a day on the sand. Our only minor complaints were the trundle bed which is in the process of being addressed and the back bathroom toilet does not flush on occassion. Wow! Finally after 32 years of coming to the Dellwood someone finally cared enough to fix her up. The place looks GREAT! I felt like I was in Cape Hatteras. The weather was great and we saw lots of dolphins. The New TV in the living room was great for the kids. Loved the new kitchen! A new can opener, scissors, and a new dvd player would be nice.
