  We were very pleased with our stay and accommodations. Very Clean! Spacious! Hide a beds not so comfy. Could supply more linen for the hide a ways in the room. I will definitely stay here again. I am happy that I can add this to my list of must stay again.

  Excellent location. We had 34th floor and the view of the strip was quite good from there even though it is set back a bit. Not a bad walk to MGM Hotel with the moving sidewalks. Very upscale feel of the place. The overall condition of the condo was very good and we enjoyed being able to make our own meals when we were not going out. The only complaint would be the carpets could use a good cleaning or even replacement. Not a deal breaker and other than that the rooms are very nice. Would definitely rent from them again - definitely easy to deal with and book.

  At first, my only disappointment was that the 2 bedrooom suite was actually like two different rooms that had a common entrance foyer but when I thought about it more, it made it seem more like a big house with different rooms. I am more critical over a room than an actual critic who gets paid. When I walked in, I was very pleased over the furnishings. Both suites were tastefully decorated and nothing looked overused, actually nothing looked worn, everything looked new and crisp. Both suites were immaculately clean. I thoroughly inspected all rooms and bathrooms and everything was up to the strictest of standards. The furniture was comfortable and I slept very well in the beds. I used the whirlpool tubs and I could have sworn I could smell a little chlorine in the water which made me feel more at ease using it. I was also very pleased with the people who took care of my reservations. They gave me very good information, kept me informed up to my arrival and they were genuinely awesome! I am very critical over places that I stay and I could not find one thing wrong with my entire stay. Thanks so much!

  Couldn't ask for more. Private, quiet, clean, roomy, nice views, great service from rental agency (Nicole & Maddie - Rental by Owner Direct at the Signature for Century 21 AAdvantage Gold).

  The rooms were beautiful, and we enjoyed being off the Strip, especially since we had a rental car. The pool was nice and uncrowded, and being close to the MGM Casino was also a plus. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there.

  This was the perfect place for 7 of us girls to stay! I could not have imagined staying anywhere else. It was nice to have two options for pools.( The smaller quiet one at out tower a or the bigger one at the MGM. ). Having three bathrooms was a necessity for seven of us to get ready for the evening. It was wonderful to have the kitchen as well to make our own appetizers and blended drinks. The building was not as far from the strip especially after we found a shortcut that allowed us to not have to trek thru MGM or walk all the way to Harmon ave. ( just after you enter MGM from the movingwalkway go down a level and exit to your right ). The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Where can I get one? We will definately return to this rental!

  We used Rentals by Owner Direct at the Signature to reserve our 2 bedroom suite. The process was very simple and the price was fantastic. Way better than anywhere else I looked for our 7-person group. The room as the Signature was perfect for our needs with a good mix of sleeping and living space and great views from the 29th floor. I will definitely be looking here again if we make another trip back to Las Vegas.

  Rental was clean/flawless upon arrival and customer service and follow through were impeccable. I would rent this place again. My family thorougly enjoyed the suite and it was very close to the MGM Grand Arena for all of the Pac 12 basketball games. Thank you.

  Every year a group of us from Seattle attend a conference at the MGM - this is our 5th year attending, and our 2nd at the Signature Suites. It is an amazing experience, the staff is wonderful - the rooms are gorgeous/spacious/perfect for what we are looking for! There is a kitchen available - the rooms are always perfectly clean, the hallways are quiet and we really hope the owners will welcome us back next year!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
