The rooms were very nice and spacious. The 3 bathrooms were a bonus, especially with all girls staying in the suite. The only reason that I rate it as "average" is because on the second day of our stay, we noticed an odor in one of the bedrooms. After searching for where this odor was coming from we found two dirty diapers under the bed. There were no kids/babies with us on our stay so that had to have been left from whomever stayed in the suite prior to our visit. It really grossed us out, and made us question how well the rooms were really cleaned between renters. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Spring break vacation

We are a family of 6 and usually take the kids on 2-3 vacations a year and this room was wonderful. Bedding was very comfortable (even the sofabeds - first time my daughter didn't complain about getting the sofabed!) Kitchen was equipped well enough for us to cook a couple of simple meals. No maid service but there were plenty of towels. Rooms were very clean. We were unable to rent movies through the hotel. MGM pools are fabulous but we also spent a lot of time at Signature pools when we needed some quiet time. We stayed in tower 3 which is the closest to the strip, which was nice to have when walking around with 4 kids. Walkways to MGM made that walk tolerable, and also fun for the kids. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone, so much so that my brother will be traveling in May with his family, staying in this exact room!

Our experience at The Signature was excellent. The suite was beautiful and worked perfectly for our needs. We were there celebrating my daughter's 21st birthday so at times we had music playing, but no one complained. There were 6 of us and the sleeping accommodations worked really well. Check-in was seamless and having a place to park a car was great. I thought the walk to the MGM Grande might be a problem, but it really wasn't. Also, really nice to not have to walk through a casino that smells like smoke to get to the elevators like at the large hotels. We would most definitley stay there again.

We recently stayed at The MGM Grand signature apartment, and booked direct thru the owners. The 2 apartments we booked were adjoining on the 36th floor, and were amazing. Both units were spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. The bathrooms were HUGE, and the beds very comfortable with feather pillows. I can highly recommend this property to anyone, it was a pleasure to deal with the owners. It is a beautiful resort, with great facilities and pool area. We will certainly book this unit again on our return to Las Vegas. Highly recommended!

Colorado San Juans

What a great place to spend a week in Las Vegas! We had been staying at nice motels that would allow our Pekingese dog for years. Little did we know, that for a little more money we could stay in a five star resort (I would rate this place with five stars) that would welcome our pet, too. The staff is friendly and professional, the resort is spectacular, and it is centrally located. We are looking forward to returning here next fall. And, we plan on using VRBO to find a place to spend next winter in the Florida panhandle. VRBO is great.

Las Vegas trip

This was a great location - the accomodations were more than we expected. The room we had was on the top floor of Tower 1 and had a great view. Easy to get to strip hotels and restaurants and staff were very friendly. I used the gym daily and equipment was all in very good condition. I definitely would book again. Ron

the location was pretty ok.. on the strip, near Monorail station. Property was comfortable and HUGE! All was fantastic other than the bed and sofa bed was a little too soft.. But other than that, still highly recommended! Price was also pretty reasonable... I would love to be back! = ) Oh, it was nice to know that valet parking is complimentary for Suite guests..

Condo was clean and perfect for our group. Things that would have been more helpful were extra blankets and bedding. We ended up going to Walgreens and purchasing a couple of throw blankets. Information was unclear and we thought we would have been charged to have extra towels and bedding, so we spent four nights using the same towels for our group of 8 women and we had bags and bags of trash at the end of our stay. It would have been nice to have housekeeping every day. Even though the information was unclear we had a great time and loved the location. We would stay here again.

I had no idea MGM had privately owned suites. I found it through the VRBO website. I could not believe the price and the suites were AMAZING! We will return in a heartbeat! Only flaw was nothing was refurbished so we ran out of coffee& creamers the1st day...that's it the only flaw.... The reservation receptionist was informative and friendly! Again the price and suite were amazing!

This was my first time booking through VRBO (specifically - Rental by Owner Direct at the Signature). I was a little nervous inquiring about the property but Nicole & Maddie offered a prompt and professional response. They provided me with a fair price and gave me all the information I needed. I, along with my girlfriends arrived to the Signature way ahead of check-in time (3 o'clock). We took our time and explored the strip for a bit before checking to see if we could get into our suites a little early. I called the "Rental by Owner Direct" number on my confirmation email. The line rang a couple times until I was pleasantly greeted by a woman on the line. I asked if I could speak with Nicole or Maddie.. unfortunately they were unavailable. However, the woman on the line.. I believe her name was Linda (I'm so sorry if that isn't right) was so kind and understanding she said she would check around and get us into our rooms sooner. I waited on the line as she made a couple calls and within a few minutes she asked me to pass the phone to the person at the front desk and then "viola!' we were good to go. The suites were amazing! Everything was clean & in it's place. The pictures & layout on the listing were accurate. The view from our balcony in the morning and at night was perfect! It was a practically perfect girls getaway spot. Especially bc of all the bathrooms! Lots of counter space for girly hair & make-up stuff. We had an overall awesome experience and I look forward to planning another girls trip (hopefully soon) haha!

Scam - Didn't provide what they said they would

I booked or thought I booked a two bedroom three bathroom suite through bluechipvegas but really when I arrived I found out that I was booked for two Jr. suites not the 2 bedroom 3 bathroom. Even though I had confirmed via email that we had reserved the 2 bedroom 3 bathroom suite the day before. When I called bluechipvegas from the lobby (it took me 3 - 4 calls and 2 voicemails for them to finally answer) stating are problem she was rude, showed no sympathy and stated that we had to stay their because the 2 bedroom 3 bathrooms were sold out. She stated that she would call the manager/owner and she would get back to me within an hour. We waited for a call back and it never came. I called 2 - 3 more times and waited 2 1/2 hours before we realized they were not going to return our calls and we were going to have to stay in their rooms because they had alreay charged our card. I emailed the day after we checked out and no response (amazing because they respond within an hour with a incredible email telling you how great their service is and how professional they are when you request a quote) I called 2 times and finally was able to speak to Krystle the Sales Manager who said there was nothing they could do for our inconvenience they made a mistake. I'm writing this review to make sure that nobody gets put through this scam. I read all the reviews on here and thought it would be great and I don't want someone else to fall in the same trap. I will post this review every where I can find them so that maybe I could prevent them from doing this to others. I am willing to show you proof with my emails/phone calls. Unfortunately, we cannot provide contact information on these reviews. The Signature itself was very nice, the location was ok, internal walkway to the MGM but its still about 10 min walk to the casino. Staff was friendly and was very disapointed in the way we were treated. They witnessed us trying to contact bluechipvegas and waiting for hours to hear back before they saw we had no option but to stay in the room that bluechipvegas wanted us to stay in.

Well-appointed large, clean rooms with a full kitchen. My coworkers and I were able to get a lot of work completed without the distraction of Vegas partiers in the hallways. Even though the room was very near the airport, I couldn't hear the planes; definitely an added bonus. It's close to the strip and we were able to walk to other casinos easily. I highly recommend Rentals by Owner Direct at the Signature. My coworker left behind items in the room. Not only had the items been saved, this company shipped them to her when she inquired about them. I plan to stay here whenever I travel on business or want to stay with multiple friends.

Beautifully furnished, clean, no smoking, easy walk to the Strip, huge. Great value that way. Only bad part is Internet kept disconnecting and cell phone usage in room was near impossible. Unfortunately, that is a deal killer for me as I have to work while I travel.

Signature Suite at MGM Vegas

We stayed at the Signature Suites at the MGM over the New Year's Eve/Day festivities. We rented both units that were adjoined. The units were furnished quite nicely, and it was apparent that the units were new with new fixtures. The kitchen, though small, was very functional and a nice option to avoid eating out every day. Our party consisted of 3 couples. Two couples had their own bedroom, and my wife and I opted to take the pull out couch, which was fine. The beds looked very comfortable, but I cannot comment on their comfort for sure because I slept on the couch. The view was spectacular, especially during the New Year's Even firework shows, and the balcony was a welcome respite from the jammed-packed crowds on the strip. I spent a lot of time on the balcony - to soak in the view of the strip and the mountains in the background. The photos on the website are very accurate of the actual unit itself. The three towers at the MGM Signature were nice/clean/classy. Only two of the towers had outdoor pools in operation, which was not a huge deal, except that for one of the days the staff was vague and inconsistent in their excuse for not keeping the pool open during the posted hours of operation. I think they just wanted to go home early. The fitness centers were also only located in the other two towers, which wasn't a huge problem. The fitness centers were nice, clean, and not very crowded. The antibacterial wipes, apples, and bottled waters were a great touch. Parking was valet only (complimentary), but giving tips to the valet drivers added up after a while. There was one instance where it took the valet driver over 30 minutes to retrieve our car. Keep this in mind if you are in a hurry to make a reservation or a showtime - and you cannot call down ahead of time to have them fetch your car. The location of the Signature was great - only a 7-10 min walk to the strip. If you walked to the strip via the moving sidewalks, through the MGM, it would take you 30 min. It was also noteworthy that due to the location of the Signature (off the strip about two blocks), it was easy to avoid the traffic on the strip. You could drive around the busy parts of the strip to get to the Signature, which is better than braving the traffic/riff-raff of the strip's foot traffic to get to your hotel that is on the strip. All in all, our stay was great, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay with this place again in the future.

Best Stay for the Price

We stayed there for the 2011 Vegas Marathon and it was great! 4 grown men, no beds shared, a lot of room, and great location. The only minor drawback was the PPV TV didn't work in one of the bedrooms. I would stay there again for any reason and would recommend it to any one.

Everything went smoothly from beginning to finish, including the booking, check in, stay, and check out. The room itself was perfect for our larger group and came stocked with more than enough towels and toiletries. The room we had faced the Strip and was on the 33rd floor. This place was AWESOME! I will recomend the suite to anyone traveling to Vegas. We were traveling as a family of six plus gramma and we did not feel tight in the spacious suite. The Signature is not right on top of the casino which means not "heavily populated", "lights" and "slots" in the face when you get out of the elevator. The casino is connected via the walk way giving you quick access. The staff treated us like we owned the place, took our car when we pulled up, hauled groceries or luggage straight up for us. We will rent again!

Clean, Nice, and Affordable!

We had 7 people in our party, and everybody was comfortable with the sleeping arrangements. The condo was clean and perfect for 7 party animals. We loved the fact that the Signature itself wasn't smoky and was a little secluded from the casino/strip. However, we had easy access to the strip via the MGM Grand, places to eat...and just a short walk away from the Miracle Mile shops. The condo was located on the 34 floor. It made for such a beautiful view from the balcony. We actually were pretty loud every night, and nobody ever complained. This is definitely the way to go...its pretty much impossible to go back to buying hotels rooms.

Check in was very disappointing for my family. My family arrived at the property approx 5 hours before I did due to seat availability on flights. They were denied entry into the apartment untill I arrived even though they had all the required confirmation emails , credit cards and same surname. This has not happened to us anywhere else. 5 hours waiting in the hotel entry was a terrible start to their vegas experience .If I was unable to get a flight that night then they would have been forced to find alternate accommodation. Not good enough. Other minor issues were ,dirty sheets , not enough knives forks glasses etc.

Owner response:Check in time is 3:00pm. The Signature will hold your luggage so if you arrive early, you can enjoy your day. All suites are inspected for cleanliness and supplies prior to any guests arriving.

Our family (wife & 4 kids) spent a week in the two room suite that we rented through Signature Direct by Owner. I have stayed here 3 times prior, but this we the first time with the family. The layout was plenty spacious and lets face it that you are going to walk anywhere you stay in Vegas. With that being said, the location was perfect and we had access to multiple restaurants, shows and pools. We all had a blast and hated to leave. This will be our family solution for when we stay in Vegas next time!

Wonderful Condo!

Two couples traveled to Las Vegas and spent four days at this wonderful condo. We loved everything about this combined unit, especially the extra gathering space it gave us. It was beautifully appointed with every amenity, and was impeccably clean. It is within easy walking distance of the MGM Grand, thanks to the moving sidewalks, and allowed us to stay away from the constant activity of a busy hotel. The monorail connection in the hotel also made travel up and down the strip a breeze. The condo was accurately depicted in the photos, and is as luxurious as it looks. I would highly recommend this condo for couples or families looking for another option in accommodations. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful condo! We had a great time!

Excellent accommodation

We rented a two bedroom apartment in August for three travellers they were exactly as shown on the website, both apartments were very clean on arrival. The appliances in the kitchens were great for a small area and everything needed was on hand, the bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas were luxurious. Staff at the reception were helpful and polite and the valet parking service was run like clockwork. The Delights Gourmet Delicatessen in Tower 2 is excellent and there is bar in one of the other Towers with easy access between them and into MGM Grand via a covered walkway. Signature Towers have a very calming atmosphere, really nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the casino hotels would definately stay there again.

i must say this is a very nice hotel. its better to get the 2b 3b suites best value for your buck. 2nd tower overlooks the wet republic, great view. only thing is its a little walk to the MGM casino, beside that great location on the strip.

Great Family Getaway

My stay with family at Signature was a great experience. The adjoining suites were great for family interaction, but left plenty of space to comfortably accommodate all that were staying. It would be great if there were more dining choices in the immediate vicinity, but the walk to MGM proper is not overly burdensome. As anyone visiting Vegas will find, expect to walk as the alternative is to wait for cabs and then deal with the traffic. Walking will save you time and frustration. The suites accommodations are of great quality, just note that the pillows are feather, but the couch throw pillows work well with the pillow cases as substitute. The view at night from the balcony is amazing, but be aware that you will feel the base from the music at Wet Republic during the day, even on the 37th floor. Can be a bit of a distraction when looking to catch some daytime Zs after a late night. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to any family and friends that plan to travel to Vegas in a large group.

Awesome view! We stayed in the 36th floor 2BR 3BA penthouse suite with a view of the pools. Very quiet location and smoke free. Loved the 2 person jacuzzi tub with the TV in the bathroom. Very spacious and comfortable. The decor was luxurious. The balcony was very long. The walk to the strip took about 5 minutes and we used the "people movers". There was three of them. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The person that I talked to to reserve was very helpful and answered all my questions. Will be back!

Nice Place at a Great Price

Overall, it was a very nice place top stay as the suites are just a walk away from the MGM without all of the noise. The place is pretty big. I also liked the fact that the daily resort fee was included in the price. The only issue I have is that the carpet seemed a little dirty and I couldn't get any maid service as I left a message and I received no call back. You are on your own, so bring some trash bags and other amenities. But I would definitely stay again. Staff was great! You will need a car though.

We choose Signature Towers after reading reviews on VRBO.com. All the reviews were spot on. The listing was accurate and photos published, the floor plan we received from Donna at Signature was also a big help and accurate. With five adults to sleep we found this type of accomodiation excellent. We are used to 5 star hotels, Signature was ceretainly up there. We have stayed at two other casinos on previous visits, our next stay will be at Signature. We couldnt fault our stay in any way. We spent 6 nights and wished we had stayed longer. The apartments are central, with a short stroll to the centre of the strip or walk under cover through to the MGM Grand. If you are looking for a family restaurant at good prices you will find The Cheese cake factory (end of Forum shops at Cesars) hard to beat. Les Whiteside New Zealand

Signature Tower C

The suites were more than we expected. The serenity of the rooms was only surpassed by the magnificent views of the strip and lights of Las Vegas. Have already told all our friends about this place - how well maintained and clean it was and the how much we enjoyed feeling we were not staying at a casino hotel because of the location.

The suite was incredible, my husband couldn't have been happier with our choice. Its extremely clean, and the best part is it is non-smoking. So we didnt have to worry about that gross stale smell. I was also able to bring both of my chihuahuas (aka my babies) and we just had an amazing 3 night stay. I definitely recommend this suite to everybody!

This was seriously the best stay of my life, i had and amazing room with a view of the strip and it was spectacular the customer service was great they were able to get me the cheapest pricing and they were awesome on working with my needs. they really made my birthday great with their exceptionally clean suites, i will definitely go the Rental By Owner Direct every time i go to Vegas the only complaint i have is not being able to stay longer because i had to get back to work

Stayed at this wonderful apartment from October 17-20. Everything from the booking process to check in and checking out was done swiftly and professionally. Loved everything about the place . It was clean, beds comfortable and great views from the balcony. Only thing I would recommend was that a kettle could be provided !!!! Will be back !!!!

This owner, property manager, and maid service (which does not show up) love to get your money but failed to send our belongings after our stay. After many attempts and coming back to town to pick up expensive contact lenses, they lost them. They did have possesion of them, then lost them. The buck was passed from entity to entity and ended up being our fault. Don't stay with this representation. The building and ameneties are fantastic and there are numerous others to rent in these 3 buildings.

Owner response:I am an owner of the Signature MGM Grand Penthouse Suite. The person who wrote this review stayed for 2-nights. After he left, he called me because he forgot his glasses. I immediately gave him the phone# of the independent maid service, and I also called the maid service. The maid service found his glasses. He then dealt directly with the owner of the maid service and I didnt hear from him until two months later. From what was told to me, the maid service held his glasses for weeks, then he called them and told them to leave the glasses with the Signature MGM Grand front reception desk. The maid service left his glasses at the front desk---and they were lost after that. The Signature attendant remembers receiving the glasses from the maid service, but cannot account for where they went. Now he wants me to compensate him lots of money for the lost glasses. Beleive me, I would pay him if I gave the directive to place the glasses in the hands of someone else, but I didn't. I honestly dont think the loss of his glasses should be a reflection on the condition of how I keep the suites I rent. I am a very decent person, and if you notice, all my other reviews are 5 stars. I truly try to give a great service to all my guests, keep all suites in great condition and value cleanliness.

Even though we live in North Las Vegas, it is nice just to take a break and get away from the house for a weekend or two during the year and catch some action and shows the strip. This penthouse property is located in the perfect spot just off the strip. The suite was in pristine condition and had all the amenities we wanted. The suite was spotless. A great view from the balcony too. The rate we received from the owner included all fees with no hidden charges. When you live in Las Vegas it seems that everyone you know, including: family, friends and their friends want to visit. They really like to see us, but what they really want to do is have every night “on the town”. How can you blame them? It seems that time flies when you are visiting Vegas and you want to “get in” the most you can. Unfortunately, we cannot be their personal chauffeurs and entertainment committee every hour of the day. Well, okay Mom can stay with us. Other than her we set it up for our “visitors” to stay at this Signature MGM property and other suites the owner has. I highly recommend this property to others who live in Las Vegas who want a local "get away" or if you do not have space for all of your out of town guests.

We we're very happy with our 2br suite in Tower C. The staff of the hotel is wonderful, the suite was very luxurious and I would heartily recommend it. Nevertheless, I was disappointed in the way the suite is being maintained. When we entered, literally half the lights didn't work (7 of them!). Neither did the clock and ipod device in one of the two bedrooms. The remote was out of order, so the TV didn't come out of the desk in the master bedroom. The linen of the extra bed was worn and had holes in it. The upholstery of one of the chairs in the living room was hanging loose. The maintenance guy of the hotel quickly solved most of our electricity problems, which was great, but still: in view of the emphasis being put on the way the owners maintain their property, this was below par.

We stayed on the 38th floor in the 2brm 3bth suite. Wow It was amazingly perfect (clean, spacious, granite, tile, glass)! The service was impecable the bellman and front desk personel was very professional and warm. Valet parking was really a plus! This hotel is very secure with key and gated access. The safes in the room add even more security. I thought we would have to wait forever for the elevators staying on the 38th floor but they have 6 elevators and we only waited up to 3 minutes. Walking to the MGM casino, shopping and restaurants was a breeze through the enclosed temperature controlled walkway with moving walkways! Not to mention having access to the best pools in Vegas! You don't even have to leave the hotel grounds. We did take the bus $3 each way and rode to freemont street which is worth going to see at night because you get to see the whole strip on your way. My family and I truely felt like royalty, I plan to go back and stay a whole week next time! Thank you Signature, Thank you VRBO for the huge discount!!

It was our 50th birthday trip to Vegas - 4 ladies, we rented the side by side one bed and junior suites. Spotlessly clean, gorgeous fittings and extremely comfortable. We were really pleased with the quality and layout of these apartments. Pool was very nice too. Little bit of a walk to the MGM but the Signature is a fabulous place to stay, staff were very helpful, and we really enjoyed it. Thanks for making our holiday special. Highly recommended….. Great Suite, absolute amazing. We couldn't find anything that was not perfect. The location in the 27th floor was great, although the walking distance to the MGM Grand is long (10-15 Minutes to MGM Main Entrance). The description of the room and its amneties have been fulfilled completely. Nice contact with renter, fast reply if you have anything to ask for. Maid service worked also without problems.

We stayed there for 10 days in August, 2009, it was great. We actually got married and had a few guests back to the suite after the dinner - they couldn't believe it- the suites are very impressive. Great view, clean, close to the mgm pools, couldn't have asked for more. We will definately be returning to Las Vegas in the not too distant future and we will be renting these suites again. thanks again for everything.

If you are looking for top level luxury to add "Glitz" to your Las Vegas vacation then look no further.This superb penthouse apartment lives up to all the hype/ photos/descriptions that you see on the web site added to that the owner is a pleasure to deal with.She is great at keeping the lines of communication open and will answer any concerns instantly and honestly,overall we had a most positive experience and we would not hesitate in recommending the owner/apartment/Signature.
