Also on the first floor is a Queen bedroom with private bath, a bunk room with built-in flat screen tvs for the kids, another private bath and a full-size laundry.
The second floor provides wonderful gulf views, an oversized balcony, a large living area complete with surround sound and plasma tv, and a beautiful kitchen with marble counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and walk-in pantry. Also on the second floor is a King Master Suite complete with it's own private balcony and private bath.
The third floor offers yet another King Master Suite with private bath and sundeck as well as an additional bedroom with two full-size beds, bath and patio. Also on the third floor is the "sunset room", complete with it's own bar, mini-fridge and microwave and opening onto a large deck -- perfect for watching the beautiful sunset on the gulf.
