Twenty miles north of downtown Harbor Springs, by way of the famous "tunnel of trees," lies the perfect gettaway for you, your family, and friends. This quaint garden cottage is within steps of over 200 feet of private Lake Michigan beach. The house is situated directly on the beach, NOT on the top of the property! Step outside and you're on the beach! Take in the views of Beaver Island, appreciate evening sunsets, or simply enjoy those lazy campfires.
This lovely home features large flower and vegetable gardens and in early spring, the woods come alive with the beautiful Trillium flowers. Wake up to Lake Michigan waves hitting the beach, take a walk to the historic church at the end of the lane, and visit with the locals at the favorite Good Hart General Store. Sip wine while watching the sun set over Lake Michigan and roast marshmellows once dusk turns to night.
The Garden House features two fireplaces, four bedrooms with
BRAND NEW MATTRESSES (able to sleep up to 9 individuals), dining/sitting, and living rooms, washer and dryer, well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, and two full bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs). Guests supply own towels and linens, blankets and pillows are provided. Sorry, no smoking or pets.

Nine person maximum and 50% non-refundable deposit due when booking.
Remaining payment due 30 days in advance of arrival.
