This beautifully maintained and furnished home exemplifies Southern California ambiance while providing guests with superior quality appliances, linens, fixtures and comforts of home. The location couldn't be more ideal. On a small, quiet side street a block to Shoreline Park and the ocean gives visitors a vast array of endless activities within easy walking distance. A wonderful market is just a few blocks further. You could spend days never getting behind the wheel of a car. You'll also find a vast array of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Santa Barbara has something for everyone; a truly magnificent place and this home is the perfect place to return to after a long day exploring all the area has to offer.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
Owner response: This year I have been persistent in getting guests to write reviews of our rental so potential guests can get a sense of what we offer. Thank You !

We have stayed in this home numerous times. Nicely furnished and very well equipped. Only 2 blocks to the beach! We really like the privacy of the master bedroom with its own full bath which allows family and guest to use the other two bedrooms with their private bath. The neighborhood is exceptional, quiet and friendly and you can virtually walk to everything you might need...groceries, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, etc. The owner and manager are terrific to work with and our reservations always went smoothly. Finally you can stay in Santa Barbara anytime of year. Bring your dog...have a great time!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
Owner response: Having return guests is always a positive thing. It illustrates what a great area this house it in. Thank You !

Staying at this property was the perfect way to experience the Santa Barbara area with all the comforts of home. Early morning walks along the shoreline led to breakfast on the beach. Enjoying lunch on the backyard deck, visiting the various dog-friendly parks, and exploring State St. or the surrounding area made for wonderful afternoons. The evenings were peaceful, with sunset walks, preparing meals in the wonderfully appointed kitchen, and simply relaxing in the quiet surroundings. We couldn't have asked for better accomidations - we will definitely be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
Owner response: Santa Barbara is truly a perfect place to spend some quality time for all ages. Years worth of things to do and explore or just to relax.

I am so pleased with my stay at this home and will definitely want to rent this home again. The location is perfect, and my dog loves her early morning runs on the beach just a few blocks away. The house is well appointed and beautifully decorated. Perfect beach getaway. Expect me to be a regular renter as my family lives in Santa Barbara and I hope to come down from the Bay Area several times a year. If you like a quiet peaceful neighborhood close to all that is Santa Barbara this is the place to stay.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
Owner response: Our goal is to always exceed the guests expectations. Because we show our guests respect by providing a home that is "model home" ready, we have been rewarded in kind. Our location in SB provides a perfect setting, no matter what you plan on doing.

This is a great property newly updated with all the modern comforts. It's in the wonderful lower mesa. My wife and I walked the 200 yards to shoreline park and the ocean everyday. It's a mile from the Harbor and 1 1/2 miles to State St. It's everything we could have wanted and more. We'll be back.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0
