Wonderful views of ocean and pool courtyard from a professionally decorated fifth floor condo.
2009 was a great year and we expect 2010 to be the same. Please call ASAP and reference VRBO # 175874. If our unit is not available an operator will help you with other Waterscape units.
Don't forget booking for late August, September, October. It is a fantastic time for pre-schoolers. Not as crowded for the little ones and lower rates for you. We were there in September with our Granddaughter and we all had a blast. Weather was great too.
Why should you pick our condo?
-Location, location, location. Fifth floor condo, wonderful ocean view while overlooking the Lay-Z-River and zero entry pool.
-Redesigned kitchen. New granite counters provide breakfast bar and space for your laptop. Everyone parties in the kitchen. This additional eating and seating space was a must for us and is has been a hit with our guests! Our summer guests have loved this additional feature and we know it will a desirable feature for longer visits of Snow Birds.
-A door has been added to the bunk area. This keeps the light out of the room and keeps the bunk area quieter. Let the kids go to bed early or sleep late in the mornings so mom and dad can enjoy the vacation too.
-Large bathrooms. We upgraded the lighting fixtures and replaced the builder picture frame mirrors with wall to wall mirrors over the vanities. We want our beach property to be as nice as our personal home.
-Plasma TV 42" in livingroom and 32" LCD TVs in each bedroom, all with DVD players.
-Professionally decorated for comfort, convenience and a worry free vacation. Coffee table top in livingroom lifts to provide a convenient table for eating or games.
-Free US long distance phone calls plus High Speed internet connection.
-Tots, teens, to adults love the selection of pools. From the toddler play area to the "Lay-Z-River" there is water fun for everyone. It is fun to watch the Big Kids (parents and Grandparents) enjoy the Lay-Z-River as much as the younger kids.
-Amenities include: Two swimming pools, two hot tubs and the Lay-Z-River plus multiple pool decks for sunbathing.
-One pool offers a zero entry point and one pool is heated. Fun for everyone, the Lay-Z-River allows children and adults of all ages to float the river. It is fun to be a kid again.
-Toddlers have a splash pool with water toys and an adjoining shaded play area with more toys to play on.
-The Zero entry pool is a great place for the young (pre-school) children to gain their confidence in the water. Our grand daughter loves it.
-A ten foot water fall flows into the lower pool. Under this rock formation is the fitness center which offers a varity of fitness and cardio equipment.
-And don't forget the Ocean. There is 490 feet of pristine beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Chairs and beach umbrellas are waiting for you to enjoy.
