For a minimum of 3 to 4 days "Montparnasse rents on an all inclusive
weekly prorate + 30%. Above a week's stay "Montparnasse" rents on an
all inclusive weekly prorate.
Upon signing our basic contract we require that you wire us 25% of
the rental on our PayPal account. The remaining 75% is to be paid
upon arrival in $US, $AU, $CA, UK£, €Euros, or Travelers Checks.
