Beautifully furnished, this 8,000 sq ft, open and airy luxury villa is located on a private sandy beach on the prestigious South Shore of the Banderas Bay, just two miles south of town. The 4 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms en-suite that will sleep 8 are restful retreats with terraces overlooking the ocean; the 5th bedroom garden casita will sleep 2 additional persons, for a total of 10.
The villa is impeccably managed and maintained by Juan, the exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable English-speaking manager who oversees the staff of four. They will service you with warm Mexican hospitality and you are assured of eating well with the chef’s gourmet cuisine. The maids will do guests personal laundry if requested.
Guests can enjoy the ambience and privacy of this beautiful villa with all the creature comforts they could want.
For those special celebrations Juan can arrange birthday cakes, flowers, Mariachi, manicures/pedicures, massages and more. With everything taken care of, guests are liberated to pursue the good life.
The heated infinity pool offers wonderful views of the ocean just steps from the private sandy beach where guests can play and enjoy swimming, snorkeling, BBQ and candle light dinner. Charter Juan’s boat for a fishing trip, he’s an excellent captain and knows all the best spots.
If you want to scuba, water ski or jet ski we can arrange pickup by boat from our beach. Golf, tennis and family-fun activities are within a short drive. There is a new on-site gym, DSL Internet access, satellite TV, purified water and more.
CASA SALINAS II offers an ideal setting for a relaxed and enjoyable vacation, family gatherings, anniversaries, birthdays and other celebrations.

We had a great time in PV and Casa Salinas was just awesome. The staff fixed us wonderful breakfasts, dinners, margaritas, etc. The weather could not have been better. Golf was great although quite expensive ($200/per person per round). We ended up playing 5 days. Great vacation and thanks for organizing this for us.

In every aspect our vacation experience at Casa Salinas exceeded our expectations. The villa was beautiful, with amazing views. As a collector, I particularly appreciated the art collection. The staff was outstanding, attentive without being intrusive. Our meals were five-star quality. And the few times we ate out, everyone agreed, "It isn't as good as the food at the villa!" The service was exceptional, from housekeeping to laundry; all of our needs were met. We loved the experience so much we are booking another trip. It is rare to find a vacation spot that can accommodate all ages with a seeming effortless ease. It was in every way a little piece of paradise! Looking forward to another trip!
