Large modern (built in 2001) 2 level - 4 Bed 3.5 bath condo in Avon Colorado. Breathtaking views of Beaver Creek. Two car attached garage with entrance to main living area.
Master bedroom on main level with 20" flat screen TV, desk and dressers. The master bath has a jetted tub and steam shower (perfect when you get done with the mountain). Living room has a flat screen TV with gas fireplace with a huge picture window of Beaver Creek ski runs. Nice kitchen with all needed appliances and dishes. Sliding glass door leads you from Living room to a wrap around balcony, with gas grill, table and chairs. The main living area also has a 1/2 bath (toilet and sink). The lower level has 3 bedrooms (2 of them have full bathrooms), a large Family room with big screen TV, wet bar, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. 2 of the bedrooms have sliding glass doors with access to a covered patio area and TV's.
This is a LARGE (2500 square feet) CLEAN modern condo and you will not be disappointed with your accommodations!!!

We rented this condo during Spring Break 2007 and we just wanted you to know how delighted we were with our stay. Your unit at Night Star was fabulous and my family thoroughly enjoyed staying there. It was extremely spacious and we loved the fact that the Master Bedroom Suite was on the main floor along with the living room, dining room, kitchen, and fabulous wrap around balcony with spectacular views of Beaver Creek, and that the 3 other bedrooms and 2nd living room were on a separate floor. Everyone enjoyed their privacy, and having their own bathroom and TV. It was more like staying in one’s own home than in a rental. The location was very convenient, less than a half mile from the Avon exit off I-70, with very easy access to both Beaver Creek and Vail, as well as the shops and restaurants in Avon. We have rented in Vail, Eagle Vail, and Beaver Creek numerous times in the past 10 years and taking quality, comfort, spaciousness, location, and price into account, renting your home is the best deal by far. You were a pleasure to deal with and we look forward to staying there next year and for many years to come. Thanks again.
