Our new 2008 condo is furnished in Mountain Rustic with an Aspen log bed in the master bedroom and a full-over-full Aspen log bunk bed in the second bedroom.

Fraser is just 7 miles from the exciting Winter Park Ski area. A free shuttle bus line takes you and your skis or snowboard to the slopes -- or to dinner and shopping.

Our condo is private, with no condos above or below us and we share only one wall with a neighbor. Just steps away are two Timbers hot tubs.

Pole Creek Golf Course, #1 course to play in Colorado and rated best golf course in the Rocky Mountain region by the 2006-2007 Zagat survey and the the Grand Elk Golf Course, designed by Craig Stadler are minutes away.

  • We just returned from a week long stay at this beautiful condo. It was an absolutely perfect stay with all accommodations and decorations being first class. We especially enjoyed evening strolls around the condo catching glimpses of the local wildlife. We definitely will return. Thanks for a great stay!

  • We stayed here for a long weekend in July and had such a great time! The location is so close to Winter Park and great trails for hiking and mtn biking in Fraser. The amenities provided were top notch - fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. And beautifully decorated! Best VRBO experience ever - both with the lodging and the easy communication with the owners. Will definitely stay again!

  • The condo was very comfortable and neat. We love to cook. So, to enter a fully equipped kitchen that wasn't lacking a thing (even had items we would never have expected) was really nice. The library of DVD's was certainly a plust too. The condo is in a great location, just up the road from Safeway in Fraser. I've had the priviledge of staying in a variety of accommodations - from upscale hotels to nice vacation rentals. This condo had all the comforts and conveniences of home!

  • Just got back from spending a wonderful long weekend at this beautiful condo! Very comfortable accommodations with all the amenities-flat screen TV's, fireplace and well equipped kitchen. Perfect location! Located between the ski areas and fun, little towns to explore (Grand Lake). Would recommend this property for year around use. Great place to relax! Hope you enjoy as much as we did.
