Our new 2008 condo is furnished in Mountain Rustic with an Aspen log bed in the master bedroom and a full-over-full Aspen log bunk bed in the second bedroom.
Fraser is just 7 miles from the exciting Winter Park Ski area.
Our condo is private, with no condos above or below us and we share only one wall with a neighbor. Just steps away are two Timbers hot tubs.
Pole Creek Golf Course, #1 course to play in Colorado and rated best golf course in the Rocky Mountain region by the 2006-2007 Zagat survey and the the Grand Elk Golf Course, designed by Craig Stadler are minutes away.

We loved your condo! It was very comfortable and we enjoyed the bottle of wine. It was nice to sleep in good comfortable beds after a couple hard days of skiing. We will be back in 2012!

Had a WONDERFUL time in Fraser. The condo was beautiful, clean & very nice. It was very comfortable, as in, it felt like being at home - except for the mountains :)We snowboarded for two days and it was great powder. Such a beautiful area - we're already planning on coming back next year. Loved the decorations - great theme. And the kitchen & appliances were all in great working condition. we made most of our meals there and saved some dough. All in all, the perfect weekend getaway. I want to make sure we have some more time next time we make the trip.

We just returned from a week long stay at this beautiful condo. It was an absolutely perfect stay with all accommodations and decorations being first class. We especially enjoyed evening strolls around the condo catching glimpses of the local wildlife. We definitely will return. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed here for a long weekend in July and had such a great time! The location is so close to Winter Park and great trails for hiking and mtn biking in Fraser. The amenities provided were top notch - fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. And beautifully decorated! Best VRBO experience ever - both with the lodging and the easy communication with the owners. Will definitely stay again!
