Upon arrival, you will find yor villa completely equipt - everything is there! Crisp clean linens and towels, hand, bath and dishwasher soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap six beach chairs, A beach umbrella and all the current local information magazines and activities guides are in your condo.
There is nothing between SeaSide Villas and the ocean so step out your door and stroll to the beach with MILES OF UNINTERUPTED SAND AND SURF! Upon your return from the beach, stop and relax on the SUN DECK or jump into the POOL.
A GREAT VALUE, YOUR VILLA IS WELL SUITED AND FURNISHED FOR COUPLES WITH OR WITHOUT CHILDREN AS WELL AS SINGLES WHO ARE SEEKING AFFORDABLE BEACH FRONT LIVING. The bedroom has a queen size bed and there is also a queen size sleeper sofa and bunk beds. The kitchen is well equipped with all the cookware, dishes, eating utensils and small appliances needed for your vacation. Amenities include two TVs, CABLE, INTERNET, DVD, VCR, VIDEOS and a CD stereo. Furthermore, your villa is within a GATED COMMUNITY with COVERED PARKING and WASHERS and DRYERS on the same floor.
A short 1/4 mile walk takes you to Coligny Plaza where you will find a plentiful variety of the Island's favorite restaurants, grocery store, a fine shopping area with a great selection of shops, boutiques, toy stores, souvenir shops, pizza, take-outs, night life, clubs, and theater. A water fun park and miniature golf are within 1/2 mile.

Why the Owner Chose SeaSide Villas
Susan and I chose to purchase our villa at SeaSide Villas because it is located on the most beautiful beach from Maine to Georgia. We had been coming to Hilton Head Island as often as possible for over 15 years as we have always considered the Island to be a very special place. In 1998, we were fortunate enough to be able to move to the Island and we never tire of the beach, ambience and beauty of this magnificantly treed Island.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
THE BEACH!! Your villa is centrally located on South Forest Beach and you only have a few steps to the beach. The beach is not crowded like the hotel beaches so you will always be assured of having ample space. Also, the beach extends for miles in either direction so walking and riding bikes is a pure joy. If you want, you could park your car and never use it as your villa is within a quarter of a mile of the many shops, restaurants and grocery store located in Coligny Plaza.

Susan and I were born Yankees but are Southeners by choice!! We decided that if we had a home at the beach on beautiful Hilton Head Island we would see much more of our children and grandchildren. It has proven to be true!!
