The Sterling Breeze property offers a 2,000 sq. Ft. Heated Tropical Pool and Whirlpool Spa, State of the Art Fitness Center, Fire Pit, Umbrella and Beach Chairs Service, Secure Covered Parking, Poolside Internet and Wine Bar, Beachside Services, Wave Runners, Parasailing, etc. Right on the beach.
The open gourmet KITCHEN area looks out over the Gulf of Mexico and features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and a breakfast bar. It’s fully stocked with everything needed to cook a gourmet meal or prepare burgers for the grill.
The LIVING ROOM features a comfortable sofa that opens into a queen sleeper. The entertainment console contains a 42-inch plasma television that is equipped with basic local cable television as well as a DVD player and stereo system.
The MASTER BEDROOM features a luxurious king sized bed and is beautifully professionally decorated for your relaxation and enjoyment. The oversized dresser includes a 32-inch plasma TV and DVD player.
Along the hallway there are TWIN BUNKBEDS and a second full bathroom.
The unit includes a Washer and Dryer which is conveniently located off the kitchen. There is also an ironing board and iron for your convenience.

We provide all the necessities for a great beach vacation to make this a home away from home for everyone.
Age Requirements - Must be 25 years of age or older, and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Valid IDs are required at check-in.
Sterling Breeze is also located near Frank Brown Park where many youth athletic tournaments are scheduled throughout the year. Simply go through Pier Park and cross Back Beach Road.

Just wanted to share that this is an abosutely beautiful unit! The pictures advertised are what you will see upon arrival. This unit is very modern, close to lots of shopping/dining/attractions, and located right on the beach!. The owners are very great to work with as well. Everything you will need to enjoy some time away from your busy life is provided. We will be booking another getaway and plan to stay here again. Thank you so much for the opportunity!!

Thanks for sharing this condo with us. After a stressful, several months, we needed an escape. We checked in and except for a quick trip to buy groceries, we did not leave the property! Your condo is beautiful and very well equipped. We enjoyed relaxing on the beach and in the hot tub and pool. We spent our mornings drinking coffee on the balcony and reading as we enjoyed the great scenery. The condo was spotless on arrival and the owners are great to work with! Thanks for a restful, relaxing vacation!

We absolutely LOVED this condo! It is a beautifully decorated 1 BR/2BA with bunks. The space in this condo was tremendous; our family didn't feel the least bit cramped. In addition, the floor location of this condo is excellent! It's low enough that you don't feel removed from the beach, but high enough to get an amazing view of the gulf! This is a smaller resort building, so parking was never a problem, and we never had a long wait for the elevators. Our girls enjoyed the children's activities at the pool also. The owners were such a pleasure to work with. They accomodated us with our last minute plans, and addressed all of our questions and concerns very quickly. We certainly hope to return to this condo next year.

Your condo was amazing and beautiful. We enjoyed our days relaxing on the beach or by the pool and evenings visiting the wonderful local resaurants or shops at Pier Park. The Treasure Ship is a must try! There is so much to do we will be back for more soon! Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful condo.

I really enjoyed staying at your condo. Very nice place!! I loved the fact, it's just down the street from Pier Park. A couple of days... when my son wanted to borrow the car, I just walked up the street and made a day of it at Pier Park. Ate lunch, took in a movie, and did some souvenir shopping. Great Time!!! Hope I can stay again, next year.
