Welcome to our 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa (brand new May 2008) in the 5 star gated resort of Windsor Hills, less than 2 miles from the entrance of Disney. The home is very luxurious and spacious with 2400 sq. ft. of living space plus an air conditioned/heated games room with a pool table, air hockey, and child play area (train table and 50's diner), a private lanai and screened-in southwest-facing pool, a security system, very secure keyless entry system, and a safe. Located at the Reserve, the upscale and newest part of the resort, Windsor Hills "Castello in Aria" is professionally and luxuriously decorated in European style with soft terra cotta colors. With 18" ceramic tile throughout the living area and bathrooms, red maple cabinets with black granite countertops in the kitchen, stainless steel top of the line appliances, window dressings, custom painting, and ceiling fans throughout, you will enjoy your home away from home while you vacation in the Disney Area. Relax in the privacy of the pool, with the large back yard and park-like setting of this premium lot. Also, across the street, is a child's play area, within a 3 minute walk is the grand castle playground, and within a 6-7 minute walk is the multi-million dollar Clubhouse! The higher elevation of the Reserve makes for a wonderful view of the surrounding community.
On the first floor, there are 2 king bedroom suites and one queen bedroom suite, each upgraded for your utmost comfort with ultra plush pillow top mattresses, extra pillows, and en suite bathrooms. The second floor has two large bedrooms, each with two single beds and a private bathroom, as well as a separate hot water tank! There are also two air conditioning systems, one upstairs and one downstairs.
The open great room area leads to a large covered omni-stone lanai and 14' by 28' kidney-shaped screened-in pool with a raised waterfall whirlpool spa. The kitchen, breakfast room, and main master bedroom also overlook the pool. In addition to the kitchen and breakfast nook, there is a separate formal dining room area. For your convenience, there is a full size washer and dryer; ironing board and iron; hairdryers in each bedroom; all linens are provided; and the kitchen is fully equipped.
Enjoy the 42" plasma HD television with premium channels, stereo system, and DVD player in the great room area, the high speed broadband and Wi-Fi cable internet, and the free domestic and international calling to 40 countries. In addition, each bedroom has a 20" LCD HD television and a DVD player, and there is a Play Station 2 for the children's entertainment after a long day at the parks (please bring memory card and games). We also have added a Wii Game System with 14 Wii games.
Windsor Hills Reserve includes a 10,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse with a huge lagoon-style pool complete with a water slide and hot tub; a toddler pool; state of the art fitness center; 40-seat high definition theater; video arcade; and billiards. In addition, within Windsor Hills, there is a large Castle Playground; small playgrounds throughout; sand volleyball and tennis courts; a putting green; an RV parking area; and an on-site sundry store. All of this is free of use for you and your guests staying within the Windsor Hills resort.
Near to Windsor Hills, within a 2 mile radius, a Publix, 24 hour Walgreen's and supermarket, and restaurants for all budgets are available. There is also a concierge service at the Clubhouse and a shuttle service available from Windsor Hills to the major attractions (schedule of times and fees available at the Clubhouse).
We have top of the line baby items to include a compact size hotel quality crib with a 4" innerspring mattress, Graco pack'n play with bassinet and mattress pad; a Fisher Price high chair, 2 Fisher Price booster seats, a Graco full size stroller, a stair gate with installation hardware at the top of the stairs; and two bed rails. These are all provided to our guests free of charge. Also, your little ones will enjoy the new child play area in the air conditioned/heated gameroom, to include a train table and 50's diner! We have a child safety fence in the pool area as well as door alarms to the sliding doors leading out to the pool area.

We absolutely love Windsor Hills! We purchased this villa after researching the Windsor Hills Community for one year. We found it to be the perfect home for Disney vacationers. It has everything to offer families and yet is so close to Disney World. You really feel part of the magic when you stay in this community!
The Unique Benefits at this House
We love having our coffee in the morning on the lanai and a glass of wine on the lanai in the evening. It is a beautiful community, and we love to take in all of the scenery, the landscaping, and the foliage as we take at least one daily walk. We warm the jetted spa, as we take an evening swim in the pool, and end the day by relaxing in the whirlpool!
Our favorite Publix to shop is the new one, as it has about everything. You simply make a right out of Windsor Hills on Old Lake Wilson Rd. and go straight until you come to the redlight, cross the highway, and it is on the right. It is a very easy drive.
I love cooking in the gourmet kitchen, as I look out to the pool/spa/lanai and beautiful park setting. We almost always eat out on the lanai! The washer and dryer is also convenient; we love taking home clean clothes, and we can pack a lot lighter.
There are many restaurants close by. We like a small Italian restaurant, Bruno's, on 192. It is family owned and the staff there are very friendly.

I've wanted to thank you upon my return home from Florida but my son and I were still vacationing, now that I'm back at work I can say "Thank YOU" for the use of your wonderful home. My friends and I had a wonderful time for the six days, please know that of the three homes I've vacationed at in florida the others can't compare to your home. It was by far the most well equiped, and tastefully decorated I've visited. I only wish I could have stayed longer. This was my first visit to your home, if you are still in the business later this year and for certain next summer I hope that I'll be able to find the available dates that work for my schedule. "Perfect Vacation Home" "We were very impressed with this new vacation home. We would definitely stay there again. We had 3 families staying together with a 2-year old, 4-year-old, 6 year-old and 2 nine-year olds. The security fence around the outdoor pool was great to have for the 2 year-old. The 9-year olds loved the game room with the pool table and air hockey. The 4 and 6-year olds really enjoyed the castle park 3 blocks away and the large community pool. Private bathrooms near or in each of the bedrooms provided privacy. You cannot get any closer to Disney without staying on the property. This home has all of the amenities down to the last details. I would highly recommend this home!" Recommended for: Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Hi Sandy! Just a quick e-mail to say thankyou for the use of your beautiful villa while we were on holiday. We all had a fantastic time in Orlando and our holiday was made even better by staying in such a fantastic home! When we walked through the front door we all said "WOW"! One of my sons even said "Mum,we must be rich to be able to stay in a house like this"! Your villa was perfect,even down to the last little details,such as the great hairdryers! The kids had a superb time using the pool and I even got to relax in the spa! Martin and Lyndsie were also extremely helpful as we had to phone them about a couple of very small things. The villa is in a great spot too and it was really nice not having anyone overlooking us. There was only one problem-we had to come home! The kids were all really upset at having to leave Orlando and wished they could stay forever! I wish we could have too,but never mind,we are back home in cold rainy Scotland and feeling very depressed! Hopefully it won't be too long before we can plan our next trip to Orlando and we hope your villa will be available when we do! Anyway,must go for now as feeling a bit jetlagged still.
