  We were very impressed with this new vacation home. We would definitely stay there again. We had 3 families staying together with a 2-year old, 4-year-old, 6 year-old and 2 nine-year olds. The security fence around the outdoor pool was great to have for the 2 year-old. The 9-year olds loved the game room with the pool table and air hockey. The 4 and 6-year olds really enjoyed the castle park 3 blocks away and the large community pool. Private bathrooms near or in each of the bedrooms provided privacy. You cannot get any closer to Disney without staying on the property. This home has all of the amenities down to the last details. I would highly recommend this home!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  Dear Sandy and Richard; We stayed at your home this May 12-20, 2013. This was a family trip as an early celebration of our granddaughter's 4th birthday. Her dream was to go to "Disney" when she turned 4. Your home's proximity to the resorts was one of the reasons we booked with you. The other reasons were the decor (elegant but simple), how clean and pristine the house looked, the pool, and the bedroom configurations which met our needs. The front bedroom was perfect for my mom; we loved the master; our daughter and granddaughter stayed in the back room, the perfect "retreat" for them. The boys used the upstairs bedrooms. Everyone had the privacy they needed. Your house is just gorgeous, and like a previous comment here, it feels like you are the first guests. Immaculate! We all appreciated that. The pool was the perfect place to cool off after hot days walking the parks. The gameroom was a hit! Our granddaughter was in there anytime we were in the house. Your fully stocked closet with extra baby/toddler items is such a convenience for families with little ones. What a thoughtful touch! We cannot say enough about how we loved your house, and will definitely recommend it to anyone who enquires about staying in the area.   What a terrific home for a vacaton! Our children and grandchildren gave it a five star rating for all the amenities that are included. The grandkids loved the game room and the heated swimming pool and spent many hours enjoying both. With the easy access to Disney World the adults were able to come home and relax after a busy day at the Parks. The owners were wonderful to work with and provided us with all the needed information ahead of time. This is a "gem" of a house!!! We will come back again.

  Castle in the sky is a very special house to stay. It is equipped to a very high standard and we found it spotless. The furniture is of a very high quality with everything that you would need plus more. We found extras very useful internet phone ect. The pool is special as it overlooks a large open space and you can even see blue herons on their way to the small lake. Windsor Hills is a high quality resort and castle in the sky is in a very good position to make full use of the extra facilities, gate shop and the children;s three playgrounds. We felt very safe in the house and resort. Sandy was a pleasure to deal with and answered all our questions by return. We will make this house our 1st choice if we come back to Florida it had everthing that a family could want.

  We stayed at this beautiful villa August 2012 and would highly recommend it. Everything about it is great. From the first contact with Sandy when we booking to closing the door when we left we couldn't fault it. Sandy made everything so easy and was always helpful and extremely quick to reply to any queries and changes I made. I can only echo what other reviewers have written. The villa,location, furnishings, pool/spa, games room were excellent and was just as the photos showed. The villa was spotless and really comfortable. This villa has everything you could need for a fantastic stay, Sandy has thought of everything. Windsor Hills community is beautifully kept and in a great location. Of all the villas we have ever stayed in Castle in the Sky is by far the best and when we return we hope to book the villa again.

  My family and I stayed at Castle In The Sky for 3 weeks during May 2012 and we loved every second of it. It made our vacation even more perfect than we ever thought it could be. So often your expectations are not met on vacation rentals/hotels but in this case every expectation was met and exceeded. The villa is perfect, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and is situated within the fanstastic Windsor Hills gated community. Its in a perfect location for Disney, the restaurants on 192 and even Universal, Sea World are quickly accesible on the I-4. As soon as we arrived we instantly felt comfortable and right at home. The owners Sandy & Rick have done a marvellous job of making sure you have everything you need to make your vacation perfect. Sandy was great to deal with and nothing was ever too much trouble. I would rate this property as the best I have ever stayed at in over 30 years. Its that good! I honestly cannot think of a single negative thing to say about it. Ive stayed at many different places on my trips to Florida in the past but I now cannot see myself staying anywhere else when I come back to Florida in the future. Rest assured, booking this villa for your Florida vacation is risk and stress free. Perfect!

  We stayed here in July/August 2012 and we all absolutely loved it. Everything was as lovely as it looks in the photos and the villa was spotless when we arrived. The pool was luxurious (we had it heated - wonderful!) and the house had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay. Loads of space for us all to chill out separately when we wanted to, a games room which the teenagers loved and a big communal lounge & kitchen/eating area so we could all be together around meal times. For anyone who likes to keep up with the washing (with 6 of us I definitely do!) there was a nice big washing machine & tumble drier. Windsor Hills itself is an excellent location - really close to the magic and beautifully looked after. Sandy was so helpful - really responsive and brilliantly patient when we had loads of problems with our flights and had to keep changing the dates. It's so reassuring to have good communication with the owner when you're booking a new place. It's always a bit of a worry until you actually get there, but in this case everything was every bit as good as it sounded after reading everyone else's reviews! This villa is definitely top of our list for future bookings - the sooner the better!

  This was our first time staying in a villa and we could not have chosen better. We chose Windsor Hills for it's location which was perfect, a very secure gated community close enough to Disney to be able to pop back for a couple of hours during the day if we wished. The villa itself was spotless, stylish, and furnished to a high quality hotel standard. There was nothing that we needed that was not in the villa. Sandy the owner seemed to have thought of everything. We even discovered and made use of an electric juicer after picking oranges at Showcase of Citrus. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of sheets and towels provided along with an excellent washer and dryer which laundered in a fraction of the time it takes at home in the UK. We had a 22 month old with us who was delighted with the play kitchen provided in the games room, and also the brio train track. There was plenty for older children too, besides the pool table and air hockey there were board games and computer game consoles. Baby equipment was excellent quality and we chose to use the villa's stroller in preference to ours as it was perfect for the parks, having cup holders and a large basket underneath. It was even distinctively marked with tape and we could pick it out straight away in the stroller park when we came off rides. We chose to have the pool heated and the temperature was excellent. We used the electric grill provided for a couple of barbecues. The villa is very spacious with good sized rooms enabling everyone in our party to have their own space if needed. Sandy was very quick to respond to any questions and was very easy to deal with from start to finish. In summary the villa is in a great location, clean, stylish, comfortable and secure with good instructions and excellent safety measures in place. I recommend Castle in the Sky unreservedly. I'm sure we will be back!

  This is our second year staying in this lovely home. We love the layout, the space, and the amenities - especially the private pool and hot tub. It's located in a secure, gated neighbourhood, beautifully maintained and great for walking or running. Everything you need is provided for. And it's so convenient to have a washer/dryer onsite. It's close to so many attractions, and shopping (you need a car however, it's not really walking distance). We love the fact that we just buy our groceries, unpack, and we're home. No having to go out to a restaurant for every meal. Before this we stayed at Disney resorts, but this is a much better fit for our family. Quieter, much larger than a hotel room, well-equipped, and mere minutes from the Disney parks. It's good value for what you get. Sandy is wonderful to deal with - very fair and always keen to assist. She has high standards for her home and it shows - and we appreciate it! No wonder this home books up so quickly and solidly! We have highly recommended this home to our friends and family. And those who have visited us during our stay are amazed at the size and quality of the home - especially for the price. It's great to entertain in - there is a large lanai - and a BBQ onsite - and our guests enjoy the games room as well. My favourite thing once I settle in is to get into the pool at night and stargaze. It's peaceful and quiet and not possible to do in February/March in the Great White North. ;-)

  Greetings, Oh gosh thank you for such a speedy return on the security deposit. I just want to thank you for sharing your lovely home. It truly has everything a person would need. We did very minimal cooking, as we ate most meals out, but it surely has most cooking utensils one would need! The convenience of the laundry was a blessing! My biggest delight was the cleanliness. Sometimes pictures can be deceiving. The house was very clean & tidy. (Also good water pressure in the showers) :) The stores just down the street are so handy. Since your home is located to the major attractions it was so easy for us to find them and a breeze as far a commute. We came from cold & snow, so my grandkids loved the pool! When we were at Disney World, they asked if they could go swimming when we got back! They really enjoyed the pool. The hot tub was a "welcome" after a long day at the theme parks!!! Loved the warm sunshine, with the exception of one day-rain. Our only issue was the CROWDS at the theme parks. We decided to go later and stay until closing and that help to resolve the issue. We have already recommended this well maintained property to some relatives. Sandy & Rick were readily available to answer any and all questions. Additional information about rental rates

Shorter stays may be available if gaps exist between stays or for last minute bookings. Most rates above are based on 2013 rates. Actual cost may vary within seasons from rates shown above. Holiday seasons vary depending on calendar year. Please email or call for a precise quote. We prefer Saturday to Saturday bookings for weekly rentals and this may be required during certain calendar dates..

Reservation Deposit is a minimum of $350 depending on length of stay, is due upon booking, and is applied toward rental cost. Remainder of rental cost is due 10 weeks before date of arrival. Guest will have a choice of a $400 security deposit ( refundable as per terms and conditions) or a $45 security deposit protection premium (not available for bookings of less than 45 days from arrival date).

Additional Fees and Taxes:

Pool/Spa Heat is $150 per week and is recommended til the end of May. Spa heat only is $90 per week. Exit clean fee of $130 on stays less than 7 nights. All rental costs subject to 13% taxes (Osceola County and Florida State taxes).
